Messed our online order up. Called and employee stated they'd have the manager that made our order call us back and they never did. We ordered 2 foot long subs only received one and the other was made as a 6 in. Will never order again from this subway.
Online it said this location was open until 8pm but when I arrived at 5pm the were already all closed up
Should've known when the "Open" sign wasn't even on. Then we go in and are greeted by no verbiage or expression. Took 20 minutes for 3 sandwiches to be made, and that's being generous. The first two ended up being cold because they never got completed for checkout after toasting. I've never seen two workers not care or have any pride in their work as bad as this. We finished eating and they were still making the people's food, who were behind us when we walked in. Again, probably another 20 minutes of just ordering for them. To top it all off, couldn't even find any napkins out for customers. Absolutely pathetic. A refund doesn't come close to justice.
This SUBWAY 8n Crofton, NE is the WORST! Almost $9.00 for a footlong turkey, no cheese no dressing. Did not get all the veggies we ordered - had requested the bun be warmed before they made the sandwich & it wasn't. I called & complained and they didn't care.We will never stop here again if we're in this area and for sure won't recommend it either.

Unfortunately not a good experience once again. We decided to give it another try after issues last time we ordered. This time was a different issue. The Subway employee couldn't find the right button on the register for what we ordered which was 5.99 for one of the sandwiches. He charged us 8.39 instead. When I brought it to his attention he looked for correct one and that is when he said he can't find it so he informed us we had to pay the 8.39. Not sure why he couldn't just type in the correct price which was on the menu board. We were overcharged last time as well. Hoping it is just inexperienced employees. He was the only employee there that we saw. Not likely to return again.

Horrible. Always only have one person working. So the managers are not being good.to the employees and the customers by.doing that. I had a 20 minute wait and left. I was one of 3 customers. Long wait times. Horrible management. Coming from a former.subway employee. Absolutely pathetic

Went in the shop to order a couple of sandwiches for lunch....the first sandwich was supposed to be a 6" but that roll was cut 4" if that....then the lady who was restocking the vegetables had just rang up a customer, handled money and proceeded to touch her mask with her gloves then proceeded to take the onions,peppers out of one container into another with the same dirty gloves .First visit here and what a shame ? Covid Colds or Flu not withstanding, it appears that safe food handling methods are not being used .Food Poisoning waiting to happen ??
