These people are awesome and their bread/kolaches are awesome. Not a fan of the pizza but that’s a personal preference due to the type of cheese and deep dish pizza. I’m sure other people would enjoy that style of pizza.
The Danish bakery is located in Dannebrog, Nebraska. People from this area of Nebraska know about Thursday nights in Dannebrog for Pizza at the Danish bakery. Its fantastic pizza in the experience inside the bakery makes everybody feel like one big family. I also love any and all of their baked goods. My daughter requests that I bring back cinnamon rolls when I go to Dannebrog for work. The icing on the cake is that the owners are fantastic.

During our visit to the Danish Bakery we tried the oinker (with jalapenos added), grilled cheese and a BLT. All 3 sandwiches were fresh and delicious. The atmosphere is casual and laid back as is the service. I realize some people feel a need to be doted on but I personally prefer having an opportunity to enjoy my meal and visit so this was perfect in my opinion. Also, our orders were served quickly.
