Every time I've been here, it's been for some type of party or polka dance, and the crowd has been large, to the point many people stand. Recommend getting there early in these cases to get a seat. Bar food is good, and a full range of drinks are available. Although service times slow way down with a crowd, the employees have remained cheerful in my experience. This a go-to place for me when I'm in this area of Nebraska.
I play pool leagues every week, Wednesdays in the summer and Thursdays in the fall. This is my home bar and I play here every other week...Staff is always friendly and the locals are always so welcoming to us pool players.They have amazing food and the owner of the bar takes great care of us.I will be continuing to play here more several more years!
Waitress was extremely nice. Went out of her way to check on us several times. Limited menu but Dorchester is a very small town lucky to have two establishments serving food. Burgers their specialty with many choices for side.
