First time pizza was carry out it was good the second time we ate in & it was a mistake. Pizza was soggy greasy way more than a pizza should be the crust was falling apart. Waitress was un attentive had to hold my hand up 3 different times to get her attention for more water. Overall it was a a more expensive Jackson. Sorry but true.

Service was prompt...food was blaaa

Stopped in for a quick drink, but was thoroughly disappointed by the experience. The older blonde bartender chose to ignore us completely, opting instead to dance and socialize with a group of men at the bar. It wasn’t until a regular asked a waitress to step in that we received any attention—only to watch the bartender return and serve the regular and another patron who arrived after us before acknowledging our presence.

The customer service was unacceptable. The music was so loud it was impossible to hold a conversation, and to top it off, the staff appeared visibly unhappy to be there. People sleeping on the bar, vaping inside, gross.

Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere. This place is not worth the time or effort.

Be careful going there with a large group. They'll force gratuity on your check (which is normal) but then charge you for extras you didn't ask for and get your order wrong.

Ordered gizzards and they came back 20 minutes later and said they didn't have any. Ordered 10 wings Addy's way and they brought 5 wings with zero sauce. They took the wings back and brought the same wings back 10 minutes later with no sauce. Said my other 5 would come out when they made more sauce. My wife's chicken sandwich finally came out after most others were done eating. Got my other 5 wings 20 minutes later so just had to box them up. Asked the waiter if there would be a discount and he asked what I thought I needed a discount for. Oh, and there was not many people so not like they were overwhelmed. Businesses just don't care about service anymore. I won't be returning.

Been here a few times and overall the place is pretty decent. Love their patty melt and the service is always friendly. This review focuses on their boneless "wings". Ordered these to go last night (2 orders). Pretty surprised how awful they were. Weren't even what you'd normally call wings. What we got was tiny chunks of meat like it was from a can or something. Meat was so over cooked and dry I could barely stab it with my fork. They HAVE to know this isn't acceptable. Overall place is good, but definitely avoid the boneless meat bites.

Great place to watch the Husker games. They do giveaways every quarter. All the servers and staff are awesome at making sure you're taken care of.

One of those places where you have to ask for a water 4x before you get one and then will still be waiting for your silverware after the food had arrived. It wasn't because they were busy, the bartender was much more interested in talking to coworkers and regulars than she was in providing service to new customers. The whole place was slow at the time we went so we weren't taking up prime bar real estate we were just getting lunch before heading back to work. The food was ok enough for the price but the service will keep me from ever going back.

First time here was the Crawford fight. The food was great as well as service. The sound system needs some serious upgrading if you plan to continue to show fights. Thanks for the great night otherwise!

Been here several times, the bread with dip appetizer is really good, the addys way wings (double dipped char buffed) are great; if you are good with a sweet sauce try the salted Carmel I had my concerns but they are some of the best wings I’ve ever had.
The service is hit or miss.
