You'd think the bartenders would get tired of people's questions, but they've been very knowledgeable every time I've been in. Or, maybe they really are tired of all the questions but are great at hiding it!

I absolutely loved stumbling across Proof after moving to Omaha. This has been the perfect place for casual outings to catch up with friends and family.
