Upscale bar, drinks are very tasty and the bartenders are very knowledgeable! Drinks always exceed my expectations. They do a good job at keeping it clean. Only thing is that they are always busy and full, but that makes sense given the quality!

Proof is a fantastic bar with an impressive whiskey selection and plenty of delicious cocktails for non-whiskey drinkers. Every time I visit, the service is excellent, and everything I order is top-notch. My only minor complaint is that it can be tough to find seating for larger groups—but honestly, that just shows how popular and enjoyable this place is!

Great place for craft cocktails! The owner was there and was visiting tables, working behind the bar, making and serving drinks. The atmosphere was very chillv and it was easy to have conversations with your party.

Normally a great experience. Tonight? Not so much. Understaffed, overcharged, drinks mediocre. Always have enjoyed the Thursday Old Fashioned. Typically the best. Tonight? Waited 10+ min to be waited on, 1st drinks were watery. 2nd...ordered an Angels...again, not up to standards. Perhaps this was a 1-off? idkRegardless it will be some time b4(if) we return.

I absolutely loved stumbling across Proof after moving to Omaha. This has been the perfect place for casual outings to catch up with friends and family. Their specialty cocktails are all delicious, and you could not ask for a larger selection of spirits. A few favorites: House Bourbon Old Fashioned, White Rose, Espresso Martini, and the Mai Thai. I especially recommend grabbing a seat at the bar at least once so you can have an up-close experience and watch them make their craft. They have diverse table options, but I would call ahead if you have a larger group!
