Spencer is hands down one of the best bartenders I’ve ever had. Her knowledge of craft cocktails is impressive, and every drink she made was balanced and thoughtful. Upscale bar, drinks are very tasty and the bartenders are very knowledgeable! Drinks always exceed my expectations. They do a good job at keeping it clean. Only thing is that they are always busy and full, but that makes sense given the quality!

Proof is a fantastic bar with an impressive whiskey selection and plenty of delicious cocktails for non-whiskey drinkers. Every time I visit, the service is excellent, and everything I order is top-notch. My only minor complaint is that it can be tough to find seating for larger groups—but honestly, that just shows how popular and enjoyable this place is!

Great place for craft cocktails! The owner was there and was visiting tables, working behind the bar, making and serving drinks. The atmosphere was very chillv and it was easy to have conversations with your party.
