This is the third time I made a pick up order online at this location. Walk-ins get priority over pick up orders. Our order was suppose to be ready for pick up at 5:49pm and I walked out with our order at 6:15pm. Others that came after me all got their food before I did. One of the employees did apologize, but this is the third time it happened. Do yourself a favor and instead of ordering in advance for pick up, just go in and make your order. You will be in and out and it will be much quicker!

Never been to this chain before, the employees were very helpful, the food was reasonably priced, when I ate it it was delicious. Really hit the spot!! The restaurant was getting near closing time upon my arrival, I was not pressured or rushed. I had no idea what I was doing and they walked me though the process with ease. Very happy, very satisfied.

Came in at 1:30 on veterans day and stood at the line for five minutes. One person cooking but no one acknowledged me. No other customers. I left. Won't be back to this location.

Closed due to staffing issues even though there’s workers inside, guess im going to Chipotle. I noticed this is a common issue at many qdoba locations, I dont even bother trying to eat at any qdoba anymore.

Stood at the beginning of the line for 10 minutes. Wasn’t acknowledged once. They were clearly busy with online orders, but didn’t look at me or acknowledge I was standing there with my fussy toddler who wanted food.

Not only that, but the guys in front of me ordered a quesadilla. I saw one of them fall apart completely on the grill, but the guy still slipped it together and packaged it up.

This location is going downhill quick…

On September 9th, 2025 at approximately 2:15 PM, I placed a curbside order at this QDOBA location and followed the instructions to call upon arrival. I was placed on hold for over 5 minutes with no follow-up. Since no one came out, I went inside to pick up the order myself. I saw an employee—who identified herself as Sarah—having a casual conversation with another customer. When I finally got her attention, there was no greeting or acknowledgment. She simply said, “What’s the name?” then retrieved my order and slammed it on the counter without another word, immediately returning to her conversation. When I asked to speak with a manager, she stated that she was the only one working. I told her I was not happy with how I was being treated, but she completely ignored me and continued interacting with the other customer. No apology, no resolution, no professionalism. I ended up giving the food back and walking out, as I didn’t feel comfortable giving my business to a location that treats customers this way. Due to this, I did not have time to pick up my lunch since I was scheduled to work. This kind of customer service is unacceptable, and I will not be returning to this location. I hope management takes this incident seriously and addresses it appropriately. As a business owner, it is our responsibility to pick employees who can positively represent our company; I am very surprised the owner chose to hire such a rude, unprofessional individual.

I’ve been here multiple times and what I found is the service is spotty, the food is frequently cold and inconsistent, and they tend to close earlier than their hours state. I was excited to see them go into here, but the location is not good.

Came here when it first opened and the food was not good. Ended up “getting a free meal” but never actually did. Decided it wasn’t worth it and thought maybe it was from just opening and we would
Give it time. Went tonight, stood in line for 15 mins with ZERO acknowledgment. None, not a HI, be with you shortly, not 1 worker even looked at The line of people waiting. The guy FINALLY acknowledged me as a customer and told me he was going to do the 5+ online orders before helping me. When I asked how long it would take he said he didn’t know. There were 3 workers that I could see. All 3 were working on online orders and nobody helping the inside line. I understand online orders can stack up, but what happened to having at least ONE person taking care of customers waiting inside for 15+ mins and zero help. I’m a pretty understanding person, but I just thought this was all around rude.

I first went to this location when it first opened. I will be honest, I wasn’t a fan then. BUT, that has since changed. I am not sure if there has been a change in management or if they’ve just gotten things figured out, but I am a huge fan. The food is fresh and tasty. The service is quick. The ordering process is easy. The pricing is affordable too, especially compared to their competitors. I like that they offer sauces as well as more entree types, like quesadillas.

Parking: Strip mall parking available directly in front of the store.

Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap spots are located a little ways down, but the whole restaurant is wheelchair accessible.
