If I could give this location a 0 I would. I have been there 2 times. The first time the staff behind the counter was extremely rude, and when asked her name she refused to give it to me. I reached out to the Qdoba customer service email and all they said was provide my rewards number for a free drink. I decided to give this location another try because they have a buy one get one and I work down the street. 3 of my coworkers and I went and ordered and while we were waiting to pay they told us their rewards system is down and they cannot redeem the buy one get one. When my coworker asked if anything can be done because we already ordered and waited line for 15 min for our food, THE SAME RUDE WORKER WHO STILL IS NOT WEARING A NAME TAG, said “it’s very simple, we can’t do the rewards right now, what are you not understanding”. She also screamed “IF YOURE HERE FOR THE BUY ONE GET ONE THEN GET OUT OF LINE RIGHT NOW OUR REWARDS IS NOT WORKING!” I can’t believe you still have this employee there. 8 customers walked out and many others asked for the managers name. The only employee that is professional and nice is as the cashier up front who was an older blonde women. This was at 12 pm on Halloween. Please check your staff at this location so others don’t experience the disrespect. None of my colleagues and so will ever be returning to this location which stinks because we work close.

Great food served up quickly. Service was friendly and the place was clean. Portions are big, which is good because it is pricey. Wish they offered straws though.

says it closes at 930 on sunday instead we arrive at 857 to the doors already locked staff laughing and pointing at us like it’s something funny…would Not recommend going to this site. went to chipotle a few miles away and had an amazing bowl.

I've only visited this location once and the manager was amazing in making sure my daughters food didn't touch anything with gluten. I truly appreciate anyone jwo takes the time to use safety protocols even in an area where cross contamination is possible. All of us love Qdoba and we eat it often due to all of our different dietary restrictions.

I ate here at 11am Friday April 28th and every employee was astoundingly nice! It really made my day, they asked how my day was and what I was going to school for and it really surprised me. They all deserve a raise and I was so blown away I had to review a chain place.
