This is the second time I’ve gone to this Starbucks and asked for extra caramel drizzle in my drink and I did not get any caramel. Today when I went, I even repeated my order twice and still didn’t get any. Very disappointed.

I have been here many times and they always make bad matcha. I drank it and found it not good and changed it for another one but they made another one that was worse than the original one. So disappointed. Never going back.

I ordered a nitro with ice, i specified ice, but when it came out they didn't give me ice. They assumed I wanted it cold so they didn't put in ice, so they gave me another cup to pour it in. I wasn't heard or understood, and then had extra trash. When I went into the building to throw away the extra cup, I heard employees talking negatively about my coffee order.
I am in love with the Iced Lavender oat milk latte. I will be sad when it goes out of season, but then just on to the next flavor obsession!

I always swing by here when I'm traveling for work and I've always noticed that I've gotten Pete as my barista and he's always so nice and my orders always come out correct Despite having some dietary restrictions appreciate the attention to detail

Always so sweet, quick, and mostly accurate, I love them so much. They never seem annoyed like some of the other locations, no matter how busy, or complex the order is. (Caramel frappuccino with extra caramel crunch and a shot of blonde espresso is 10/10)
