“We stopped here for lunch on our way through the area. There were 8 of us and we all enjoyed our food. The burgers had all the fixings, the buns were toasted, and the French fries were the skinny kind with a nice crunch.”

“Pizza Palace has the best gluten free pizza I’ve had! The sauce is flavorful and the cheese never ends! I’m allergic to wheat and I’m highly sensitive so I am always hesitant to step outside of my safety zone when trying new foods. I had NO issues or reaction when eating the gluten free pizza! 10/10 recommend!! Great job!”

“My Cyndee and I went to Burwell NE today to pick up an item I won on an internet auction. We had lunch at the Northside Bar and Grill, great food and a friendly crowd, Cyndee had the special, a hot Roast Beef Sandwich, mashed potatoes with gravy, corn, and apple cobbler. I had a Ruben sandwich. She did give me a couple of bites of the cobbler. Fantastic place.”

“Stopped for lunch during Junk Jaunt. Service was fast and friendly. Free chips and salsa, bagged chips and more like a thin taco sauce, were average. We found the meals very good and portions large. I had the pork chile verde, my wife had a chicken quesadilla. Rice and beans were nice. Homemade flour tortillas were excellent. Our only real disappointment was drinks. Bottled sodas were overpriced and somehow both completely flat. I’m not sure how that even happens. Overall a decent meal in a place with limited options.”
