I eat here anytime I am near Fort Calhoun Nebraska. We work around the rural area from time to time. The staff is very kind and knows us when we come in. The pork tenderloin is one of my favorites. I got it ever day for lunch for about 2 months. Also the pulled pork with coleslaw and baked beans.. recommend these both.

Found this place on Google and this place didn't disappoint. Had the fried chicken and hot turkey sandwich, BOTH were delicious. It's everything that you can think of when it comes to down home southern cooking.

OMG level hiden gem !!! If you are traveling on state road 75 or 30 or interstate 29. This place is worth your drive and time. You will be rewarded with kindness and delicious hot food. Most likely, you will greeted and served by a kind lady Ms Milly, an Awesome person. OMG level, with lots of labor of love, Onion Rings. I ordered rustic philly with onion rings. Clearly, someone in the kitchem know what they are doing. Highly recommended restaurant !!! And you must try their onion rings. Enjoy!!

This is the 2nd time I ordered the walleye and was disappointed. Too greasy, and tough. If i go again, we meet friends there, I'll order something else. The waitress could have cared less. And face it, it's just a bar so...bar atmosphere.
