We had the whiskey burger and sirloin steak. They were both fresh and delicious! Our service was terrific! Very good and highly recommended!

Ok, well always had a bad opinion of this franchise. Y'all upped your game. Server/manager was great. Food was much better than I remember. Swiss mushroom burger was amazing. Place was clean and welcoming. Holy crap. Nice work. Update went tonight, Had the absolute pleasure of having Maria wait on us. I've been in the food service over 25 years. She was amazing. Absolute best service I've had. Food was on par... Service was 10*. Thanks Maria Update: This place continues to shine. Excellent park pick up. You all are on fire!

Came here for my daughter’s birthday. Never had a bad experience until today. Service was awful, took 45 minutes to bring food and it wasn’t even our server that brought it. My wife’s steak was col and hot plate was cold when brought out. My chicken salad had bad lettuce and chicken was cold and tasted old. Only refilled drinks once and never even checked on us. Only had one other table at time of service. Will never come here again. Very disappointed.

3 steaks asked for well done two got me free steak for being bloody and they cooked the free one rare and not well done. 5 steaks total messed up. Last time left steak became stood for three minutes waiting on someone a manager to come up. I don’t like eating raw or bloody meat. That doesn’t matter to the same cook who’s messes up. To top it all my first one was burnt and crispy and black on outside and pure red on inside. Needs new cooks.

I am normally not one to complain, i’m just not like that, but i feel like this needs to be shared. first we call, and the lady on the phone, was EXTREMELY rude.. rushing while talking, wasn’t listening etc.. we are told it will be a 40 min wait, which is fine, but we get there, and the food is ICE COLD. if someone is going to pay over 60 dollars the food shouldn’t be cold. we then call and let you know of the issue, and all that was said was “we are short staffed” which i understand. i get it, but it’s the whole matter of the fact, the service was rude, and the food was cold.
