The food was fresh and tasted great, but the star of our experience was our server Matthew. He was outgoing and friendly, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. He made our day! Make sure you ask for the cold glass mugs if you dine in as it makes your root beer extra cold and frosty. Yum.

I feel A&W staff at Sapp Bros in Fremont Nebraska very unprofessional. Hours of operation on website show open till 10pm. I came in at 8:30pm and chairs were already flipped up on top of tables. When I ordered my food it took forever because I believe staff had fryers already shut off. Staff told me they would be open till 9pm if I needed anything else. At 8:50 I went to order some soft serve ice cream. Same staff member told me it was already shut off since they were closing at 9pm! I say fire these people and start over with new. Or just close restaurant permanently if you don't want to run a business. Covid break is over!! Time to get back to work lazy people!!!

Ordered chicken sliders combo, which is right down disgusting. Bread was stale and hard as a brick and top it off the french fries were cold. Would not recommend unless someone learns to cook and know what fresh food is. A TOTAL waste of money

Some of the BEST onion rings ever. The triple cheese burger was delicious. The root beer float was absolutely perfect.
Literally needs to get their shit together. Everytime I come here I wait over 15 minutes at the window for my food. Let me specify, if Carmen is working its fast service. My mother in law came, I have been on the phone with her for 29 minutes, the whole time she has waited for food. They dropped the chicken on the floor had to remake it. Bet they don’t remake all the other food as they let it sit and get cold. This place has good food for sure but the staff need to get it together. Should not take 15-20-30 minutes to get your food! Literally ridiculous. And on top of that she should have gotten a refund and all food should have been remade!!! Do better!

Went through during work lunch. Took 6 minutes to get food when there was nobody ahead of me.
Got my burger, had no bacon, went in, they remade sandwich.
They didn't ask if anything was special so I assumed they would reprint the receie0t or look back at the system but did not, so they made the sandwich wrong again. When I went back inside the second time the heavier lady at the counter was talking to me and treating me like I was the problem.
If you mess up an order, it happens, no big deal.
You should prioritize fixing that mistake before serving two more customers in the lobby and 1 in the drive through that way by the time you fix your mistake the rest of my food isnt cold.
When you then proceed to not even check the item and how it was requested on the original ticket so you just remake the base sandwich and just add the bacon it was supposed to have, making the sandwich wrong again.
I don't have a ton of patience for that.
No sorry, no real accountability. Very low quality service around the board.

I came almost a month ago with my family. Not only were they out of ice cream but the drinks were horrible. My daughter gets a kids sized lemonade and both me and my husband got large root beers. Not only did the lemonade taste like tart water, the root beers tasted of mold. I took two sips just to confirm but the husband didn't listen and drank both. He's been dealing with colitis for the past few weeks and it started with the sodas. Please clean the soda spickets better. We won't be coming back.
Had such high hopes as the A&W in omaha on 84th street closed. Service was amazing as the workers gushed over our pups and offered pup cups and the workers were super friendly but please get the pop machine cleaned properly.
