It was great to see an A&W still in Nebraska. They shut down the Omaha location so we had to stop and it didn't disappoint. I hope it stays open, worth the 30 minute drive

Dietary restrictions: The manager Carmen was awesome when I told her im dieting and wanted a triple papa burger with no bun. She delivered such fantastic customer service and was very nice to my 2 year old.

Way over priced cheeseburger abd served cold, better value at other fast food restaurants. Draft rootbeer was flat and warm. Fries were hot and taste very good.

Meh food. This was my first time eating A&W in the United States, and the food here is way worse than it is at A&Ws up in Canada. The chicken tenders especially. To top it all off, my cheese curds were burnt, and we couldn't get the cashier to come to the counter for the first few minutes we were standing there. (I guess she was hiding in the back??)

As all the other reviews state, terrible and slow service. No one should sit in a drive through for more than ten minutes, let alone 20. Being told “I’ll be with you to take your order in a moment” with only 2 cars in line in front of me, and never even getting to put my order in? Ridiculous. Please just close this location so someone better can own or manage something better in this space.

I come here strictly for the root beer floats I can't eat here I don't know if it still is or not but this is/was 1/2 long John silvers & 1/2 A&W but they must cook everything in the same grease fryer because everything (minus the root beer floats ?) tastes like ??! It's true I'm sorry but it just is.
Parking: Just many businesses in a small amount of space with half as many parking spaces they (the mall) should have planned for
Kid-friendliness: What kid doesn't like a Long John Silvers/A&W? ?
Wheelchair accessibility: The building has it, parking is a whole other subject.
