Food is good. The draft rootbeer is the drawing point! It is great! Otherwise it is inside the sapp bros truck stop and so it's not a stand alone a&w. Staff is friendly and nice. However the fast food name doesn't apply here. Several items get forgotten but they are ready to hand it to you if you go inside or back in the drive thru.

Git a tenderloin combo, Didn't wanna give us the large drink for it. Ordered large strawberry shake never got it. New girl forgot to ring it up. Gal in pink shirt was a rip about it. Not a good visit. Told them they couldn't give me shake with my order like I asked, didn't want it after the fact. Gal in pink shirt said in a snotty tone, you have a good night.

Not sure what happened here the food used to be good stopped in today asked if that had a chicken Sandwhich instead of the sliders they said they did so I ordered that and chili cheese fries and a drink got my food went on my way opened up the bag to 3 chicken strips on a bun that felt like it had just been taken out of the fridge so it was stiff and the chicken strips had to of been sitting under a heat lamp since 7:00 this morning they were so tough and dry you couldn’t hardly swallow them so I took two bites of the Sandwhich and threw it away and moved on to my chili cheese fries which would have been great except they didn’t put any chili on my fries and like the chicken must’ve been sitting under a heat lamp they were stale and old all around bad experience I most likely won’t be back place should do itself a favor and close up shop if that’s the kinda product they are proud to serve people all in all took maybe 3 bites total threw the rest in the trash so I’m out 16.00 and am still hungry

Didn't get a name, but the girl that was working(took our order) deserves a shout-out!! Very friendly and polite, can't say that much anymore about employees at fast food restuarants, from my experience any way!
I've got to say I've been to a lot of A&Ws and the service at this one is a complete joke. We were the only ones in line and the gal that took our order acted like we were a complete inconvenience. We got to the window, paid and then waited 15 MINUTES! There was nobody in site, she straight disappeared. I get having to wait if they need to make fresh food but let someone know. A younger guy brought the food to the window. I said thank you and have a good rest of your day. He looked at us then rolled his eyes. Again it was a complete joke. To whomever owns this store. You really need new people or teach your staff some manners.

Horrible service. Sunday, June 4, 2023 @ 4:20ish pulled into drive thru. 2 cars in front. Got asked to get my order @ 4:35 after both cars had left. 3 cars behind trapping me. Only wanted a Shake. Got to window, she took my money from debit. Disappeared for 4 minutes and i had to be back in Omaha by 5:30. I left with no Shake. Never go here!
