The food is your typical bar food fair plus some salads and wraps. It’s always very okay, good for bar food. The service has always been top notch and the servers do a great job of keeping things going and making sure you’re taken care of. I go a couple times a year to meet friends and sometimes catch a game on their big screen televisions.

Group of 4 out for dinner. Ordered drinks before our food. A collective consensus from the group was that the alcohol was not put in our drinks. Food was...o.k. Nothing to get excited about. Place was not very busy for a Sunday night. But the guys at the bar, cussing and carrying on could be heard through the whole place. Not very family friendly.

We were there for lunch and found the dining room to be about half full. It did continue to fill as we were eating. My meal was good. I had a spicy wrap. The onion rings were good. As wraps and rings go, not great, but good. Our server was very good.

Summer was a great bartender. She took my order of shrimp basket. CS what two sides I wanted and I told her The bear was cold. The restrooms were clean and nice. Atmosphere was really good I’ll be back.

Our waitress was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!!! I wish I could remember her name!!! The food was Wonderful and plentiful. The employees immediately made us welcome. Will go back again!!!

We always go but yesterday the service was terrible, it took them about 50 minutes to get the food out and everything was raw

The worst day ever going out to eat. My family sat at are table for 20 minutes before we could get water and lemonade for the kids. The kids lemonade tasted like water. They left to "fix" the lemonade. We waited another 10 minutes before just leaving. I have work in restaurant for 20 year and they had 5 staff and 2 of them just sat at the bar only helping one table

We had THE BEST customer service at Big Red last night! Despite every table being full, Our server Tracie K went above and beyond! From grabbing my husbands order while he was standing in the keno line, bringing my older child a cookie even though she didn’t order the kids meal, and even chasing us down with our leftover food boxes we forgot when we were walking out the door! The service was also very fast on this extremely busy night for them. We can’t wait to take our family back there!
