Our waitress was WONDERFUL!!! We were a group of 7 for dinner. She was so friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and our orders came out fast and perfect! I wish I could remember her name. She is a DEFINITE keeper for Big Red Restaurant and Sports Bar!!!

We had THE BEST customer service at Big Red last night! Despite every table being full, Our server Tracie K went above and beyond! From grabbing my husbands order while he was standing in the keno line, bringing my older child a cookie even though she didn’t order the kids meal, and even chasing us down with our leftover food boxes we forgot when we were walking out the door!
