Stopped in for a late lunch and they were swamped with only 3 staff people working. The wait was considerable but we were warned and we chose to stay. The two young ladies were running their butts off and one person in the back that I could see. The food was still great, and the service was the best they could manage. They did a great job

The food was absolutely delicious! My husband and I each got burgers and tried the mozzarella sticks and both cleaned our plates. Can’t wait to go back and try the milkshakes.

Forgot half the order. Quality is suspect. Management shifts blame

Food was good, but they screwed up our order. We ordered 8 burgers only got 7, 2 of the were wrong. We didn’t find out until we were back at the hotel, but this isn’t good! Always check before you leave!! Lesson learned.

I had a burger, I forget the name of it. it was good but not great. Toppings on the burger were rather minimalist. Fries were top notch.

The burger was delicious, the fries were really good and the atmosphere was awesome! I'm surprised I didn't know about this place sooner. 10/10

Came by for dinner with family and friends. Standard bar/ grill setup. Staff was nice and accommodating. They were quick with service even though we had a large group. Food was good. The burger I had was well made. I did regret not having the shakes I saw others have. They were HUGE!! They were practically works of art! Overall a nice place to go.

We went with another couple just to try something different. The food was good and the menu vast. If I was to make a suggestion it would be to make the lettering on the menu a little larger because I found it a little difficult to read while waiting in line.

Great spot for a Father–Daughter date!

I took one of my daughters to The Black Label in Fremont for a little date night with Dad. We went around 3 PM, and the place was quiet — which was perfect. We ordered a couple of their shakes, and they were awesome! They looked like pieces of art — almost too nice to eat — and tasted just as good.

The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was clean and relaxed, and the prices weren’t bad at all. I could easily see this being a fun spot for a special party or family treat.

Highly recommend checking it out if you’re in Fremont!

Stopped in for the first time on our last visit to a Fremont. Had a large group and found a high top table to sit at. Ordered at the counter. Prices were higher for the food items. Everything was pretty good.

Hamburger patty was afraid of salt... Habanero mango jam was nothing more than a sugar syrup with no mango or habanero. Jalapenos bread? Huh, burnt bread with NO jalapeno flavor. It's no different than any bar type atmosphere and they don't do the one thing they have (burgers) well or good. Honestly better to have McDonald's for the same price and that's just gross...
