This is the only Bdubs in the US I've seen where they couldn't sell me an 8OZ cup of sauce. Made me buy each sauce cup for .60 came out to 6 dollars. 8 OZ cups in other locations are 1.85-2.50, sad and disappointing. Greeter was nice and professional but she said her manager said they dont do that here and wouldn't budge. - 5 star review for no customer service. They got the sauces wrong and Savannah gave me attitude when the I explained the sauces were wrong. She blamed the greater and didnt have any accountability. I wont be coming to this Bdubs ever again. If they treated me like this just for sauces I would hate to see what abomination they would deliver with food service.

Very impressed with the Sandi the manager and her help with our event to support our local hockey program. She was very responsive, generous, and helpful. We plan to send hockey teams that come through town to eat there often. Appreciate the community partnership.

Friendly staff! Mike the bartender had a lot of experience and taught me a lot about kidney stones. When passing it got too painful— he was there to hold er’ for me. Seriously, ask for Mike!
Must have been low on help, walked in, the open area had almost every table was dirty. Waited a few minutes to be seated. Everything was good after that

Staying out at the lakes and came in for a family dinner. The only thing better than our time together was our server Mike. Hardworking, friendly and conscientious - he sets the standard for what a server should be. Food arrived quickly as did our drinks and was fresh and delicious. Highly recommend this location - and hey, when you come here, do yourself a favor and ask for Mike.

We ate lunch here today, on a Saturday. Arrived about 12:50 pm. We were seated right away. Had to go up and ask hostess for a server at 1:10. Server Keegan, then came to take drink and food order right away, but we sat until 1:20 with no drinks until I walked up to the bar and grabbed them myself. They were just sitting there getting warm. Keegan came to table at 1:28, realized we had our drinks, and said he'd go check on our food. Food was delivered to table at 1:32. Water arrived at 1:34. To avoid further delay, I got my second drink from bar. Waitresses for the other side of the restaurant were hustling to cover tables and bar. Food was good. Waiter sucked.

Great service. Our waiter Luke! Give that man a raise. He told us what drinks were best and they were a hit and on the cheaper side. He was fast and efficient and helped us out.
