Every time I make a to-go order they give me a time I show up 10 minutes after that and still have to wait today whoever made my salad decided to only put two pieces of chicken on it and one looked like it had been chewed on and taken off someone else's plate because literally they again forgot to even make my order. This was horrible! My chicken and nachos were black from bad oil and I saw my server vaping in the restaurant and he wasn’t the only one! We had to leave and we won’t go back unless it’s for the burgers they were really good and we will pick up and leave. I will not eat anything fried until they change their oil and stop serving black food!

I remember when buffalo wild wings was good they used to have high quality food . The celery and carrots were dry not eatable the salad was old. The boneless wings were small and dry. What happened? I have eaten at BW'S across this country and they are not the same anymore. Not impressed

Anyone reading this be aware that BWW is charging you a PIF on your receipt (Public Improvement Fee) forced on you the consumer by the landlord which means you are either paying for the rent, maintenance of the property or the landlord is just taking the money either way BWW and the landlord are screwing the customer. I asked the female Bartender what the extra charge was for and she looked at me and said “I just work here” clearly it was too much for her brain to find out what she is charging customers….how can you hand someone a receipt and not be able to explain what you are charging them for. Service here has always been terrible especially from the bartender.

What a joke. Get door dash and they don't give us all our order then driver went all the way back only to get shorted again....never again. It was almost 100$ for 2 people to eat btw. At this point they lost my door dash and my in dining service as well. Thanks for ruining our meal and our evening
