Mold growing on ceiling above soda machine, but the rest of the restaurant is pretty nice and clean. If the ceiling was fixed, this would be one if the better BKs out there. Food was pretty good, correct order, friendly staff.

Usually love this BK, but wow is this place tacky at night on the inside. Got employees blaring rap music in the kitchen, and another employee having some weird video call in the lobby on his break. He did it in a way where you almost couldn't ignore it. Loud and rude. Hope you guys get it together.

Ok my order was really wrong when I got home to check it, brought it back and calmly told them what happened, without a blink of an eye the gal called for a refire on whole order. I explained it wasn't all wrong and insisted 3 times she check it. She said it's ok, but finally I insisted what was wrong to show her, I am not to rip anyone off, finally did she agreed, made it up fresh and quick. I haven't had this great of service at a fast food place in 20 yrs. Kudos to that young manager she did the right thing. If she's not the general manager she damn well deserves to be. Thanks Burger King!

Placed order at 12:14 pm. Wasn't until 12:42 our order number was called. You would think waiting that long everything would be hot and fresh....no. fries and onion rings were luke warm, sandwiches were warmish. Had a pump for the ketchup but no cups to put it in. Went to counter and asked, they didn't have any small cups. We don't eat fast food very often, and we will not be going back to this BK. For the price any more, poor service, and they want to be paid more. I don't think so!!

About a year gotta l ago I stopped going to this location at broad and 23rd because the food was always lousy! 1 out of 10 meals were "meh to okay"it was not ever 1 time it was something to write home about.
Then I began to go to the other Burger King at Cedar St and 23rd St. The food we get at this location is almost always on point every time! We've gotten subpar food here like twice over this time! It's always been fresh, hot, delicious and very satisfying! They do a good job getting you a tastey meal, great job to all there!
Today (02/19/25) I was in a hurry and needed to grab food on the go and made the mistake of going to the Broad St Bugger king when I knew better! This store should be called Bugger Jester cause the garbage food they are handing out is a TOTAL JOKE! LOL 😆
IN SHORT, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND GO TO 23rd St and Cedar St INSTEAD OF THIS Broad St LOCATION, YOU'LL THANK JESUS YOU TOOK THIS ADVICE FROM ME!
You know, It's funny how the quality of the food the 2 stores serve has changed and have each swapped quality a couple years and back then we'd avoid the Cedar St location. Life is weird, I wonder if they'll switch again?

Apparently their policy when their system won't accept your code even tho they see your app, see the code, see you refresh the code is "too bad so sad". And i was just trying to get the $1 fry. I'll just go to the other BK in town.
This place is absolutely trash. At least at night, The two night “managers “supposedly ,are unhygienic, and degrading of their crews from what I’ve witnessed as someone who’s just moved to Fremont. In my two trips there. The male night manager was making food without gloves🤢, and the female manager was rude and disrespectful to all employees and customers.The crew is always polite but the management needs redone.

Rude server at the drive thru. Ordered a burger only ketchup, got to the window, confirmed it was only ketchup, he assured us it was. The burger had everything on it..

The young lady at the front counter was VERY NICE!!! The food was cooked and served very quickly and the food was very good!
Wheelchair accessibility: Marked wheel chair parking by the front tears and the doors are relatively easy to get the wheelchair through the doors.
