What an experience. Asked for 2 double cheeseburgers with only ketchup. There was no line. I sat at the window for 4 minutes (according to the worker), which I wasn't mad. But she was yelling at her coworkers to hurry up, and those coworkers were giving attitude back. I noticed one worker who had gloves on reach into her pocket for her phone. 4 minutes, I received room temp burgers. One had no ketchup at all, the other one had 3 slices of cheese. It's an odd group of people that work there. Go to the other location, they are great!

Used the drive thru tonight and it was great!! Young lady that took order was personable and polite!! Order was perfect and HOT with little wait for order!! Thank you for the great service!!

The kids playground section had no air-conditioning and was miserable inside. There were also 2 kids in the dinning area that were clearly one of the working staff's children.
Vegetarian options: I went to the drive through at this location yesterday around 5:20 pm. I ordered their impossible whopper with cheese. I didn’t check my food until I got home. They did not give me cheese, which I paid extra for, and the burger patty itself was extremely burnt and inedible. I literally had to spit it out it was so charred. I’ve given this location multiple chances and it seems like they always forget something, the food is cold, or the food is overcooked. Sad because I love that they have a vegetarian option. I won’t be back.

First time I walk in. The employees have all attitude. Rolling her eyes as I order. Then they leave my food sitting while they’re on their phones, one person showing his mugshot to another employee behind the counter dressed in street clothes. Get home to find my entire order is wrong. Come back to get it remade no apology. The lady got mad because I asked the whole order be remade because both sandwiches were wrong and my sides would be cold by the time I got back home to eat the previous ones. Her response well did you get them. Then tried to not give me the right sides. Then again have my food sitting under the warmer while they are not doing anything else. 3 workers and no one can bag up food and not one person said sorry. Also how does it take 20 minutes to fix your mistake?
