My daughter and I went here for lunch and the burrito bowl with chicken and queso was really good. It took less than 4 minutes from ordering to completion of the order. The tables needed to be wiped off but other than that it was very clean.

If I could give no stars I would. Went in for takeout once I got my food and started eating it noticed rice was even cooked. The rice was so hard. I also got chips with my bowl and noticed the chips were stale and old as well. Will not be going back. Waste of money for almost 20 dollars this is ridiculous.

Food was not up to the same quality as other Chipotle Mexican Grills that I have eaten in. Cheese sauce was lumpy and tasteless. Guacamole had large chunks of avocado the size of a table spoon. Rice was dry. All the tables were dirty as was the floor, with staff just standing around. The only that was working was the cook. This was my second trip to this restaurant, I will not be back.

Food wasn't that great especially for cost. Asked for extra scoop of meat and rice on side because main portion was too small. Cost 45 dollars for 2 people. Was pretty insane for 95 percent rice

This was literally the 3rd time in less than two months I have had to go back to the restaurant because they didn’t give us something. We ordered food through the online pickup window. When we got there, I walked for plastic forks and spoons; the lady at the window assured me they were already in the bag. We drove to the park, got my children seated, opened up the bag and…no plastic ware of any kind. I, again, had to load back into the car while my wife and kids played at the park and drove back across town to get something they told me I had. It wouldn’t have been a big deal but this is more common than not. I will be calling the store owner about this if I can reach them and reporting this location to corporate. Enough is enough. Pay attention to what you’re doing.

Paid way too much for a blob of sour cream and salsa. I don’t know why the workers feel the need to dump all the sauces and sour cream on the top. I don’t need and ice cream scoop full of sour cream.
Also wife and I ate this fast food for $41. Never again! So not worth it.

Ordered double chicken queso burrito and first bite it tasted like I had a whole bottle of salt. Couldn’t even finish burrito. Biggest waste of money.
Ii ordered a steak burrito at fremont nebraska new location, very disappointed 6 of the peaces were supposed to be steak and they were fat ,called to talk with manager ,not able to speak to anyone ,unhappy customer .
