If I could give this location 0 stars I would. Fast food is supposed to be fast. We waited 20 minutes for a blizzard and a couple burgers. One of my friends ordered a bacon cheeseburger burger without a bun since they have a gluten allergy. What do they do? Give them 2 pieces of bacon topped with a slice of cheese. It's honestly ridiculous. 20 minutes for bacon with a slice of cheese. The stupidity is kind of laughable. The workers were not apologetic at all for the wait, were mad when we complained about the food being incorrect and were standing around while many other people were here waiting for food. I'm never coming back here again.

Took over 15 mins to get my food. They were on there phone and not paying attention, the service is horrible. My ice cream had no cookie dough! Can’t do anything right.

I was just at this DQ drive thru for 40 minutes. They messed up my order and then completely forgot about me. And they did absolutely nothing nice to say sorry. Extra fry? No just acted like I was an inconvenience. I also have 3 kids with me, one being a now angry 2 year old. Very upsetting experience. I love their ice cream but I don't think I'll be going back

Friday evening August 22, 7:00 pm.
Used drive through, car in front was a young high school aged boy. He didn't order anything, was in the line to pass a drink carrier 4 large drinks from some coffee place. Passed into the Dairy Queen window. Several other employees all flooded to the window, and one employee came outside and stuck his head into the car and was goofing around. So I sat and waited to get my turn. Finally he leaves I pull forward pay and as I'm pulling away realize the malt order wasn't right. Too tired of waiting so didn't go back. Really think you should have an older person in charge and onsight. I know everyone says they cannot hire help, but hiring bad help doesn't help your business.

Showed up today 2nd car in line, and waited 17 mins in the drive through for my burger and onion rings, only to get fries and the wrong burger, awesome work there guys. Spent 20 bucks to get 1 of 3 things right. You earned your 1 star.

Worst Dairy Queen I've ever been to. It took 15 minutes and an inquiry on my part of the seven employees about the one sundae I ordered when five other parties after me had received their orders. No apology, just a laugh after they asked me if I remembered what I ordered....of course I did. What a joke.

Thank you for the most unpleasant service tonight we will take our money somewhere else from now on. Your cashier was extremely rude and I get they were slammed for father's day but that was poor. I placed an online order for my whole family I stepped aside in line told the cashier I had a pickup order and said my name 2 times to her she said sounds good. We waited an additional 10 minutes after pickup time decided to get into the long line to act like we were placing an order. She complained to the lady in front of me asking for a bag for an ice cream cake she was taking to go. I told her again that I was there to pickup my order. She handed me 5 of our ice-creams of the 7 I had ordered. None of them were correct and we didn't even make it to our car and they were literally soup. These were blizzards we ordered and they were soup. Spent almost $40 for soup ice cream.

I placed an order a few weeks in advance for a special cake purchase. The cake gal was AMAZING. I believe her name was Emmy (Emma)? I just have to give a huge shoutout to her. She went above and beyond to help meet and exceed my expectations.

I would like to say though, and the reason for a removal of a star would be the profit was MUCH smaller than anticipated so I felt the value wasn’t matched. But it was a special treat and order so I gladly paid it. The other reason for a star removed was the employees upon picking up the cake. No one was overly friendly or made me feel like a valued customer. They were all hanging around chatting with each other.

Food was good. Would stop back in again. I live out of state and it was the first time I had visited in a few years.

I didn’t rate the food because we never got service. We came in, there was one person in front of us. We were never acknowledged; no one said a word. It looked like maybe they were overwhelmed with DoorDash orders, as 2 door dashers came in while we stood there. Disappointing. We’ve eaten there before and had good service and good food. We left after 15 minutes of not one word from the staff. Need a better system of handling things for sure.
