We went through the drive thru, on Saturday 4/14/24, my daughter ordered a large cookie dough blizzard, and we got home in less than 6 minutes and her blizzard was like soup!!!!! I ordered a cheese quake blizzard with Caramel instead of strawberries and ended up with an oreo blizzard that was soupy and just nasty!!!! I am very disappointed in Dairy Queen. Young people don't want to work they just want to chat with friends and screw around!!!!

Love their peanut butter cup blizzard a lot, but teeth are too sensitive for cold ice cream. I really miss it, but too poor for health or dental insurance. My favorite thing in the world is now the one thing I can't tolerate. It upsets me but I try to find other joy in life. I don't wanna talk about it anymore.

I want to give a shout out to dairy queen, my son turned 3 today and my fiance wanted an ice cream cake at the last second, went to dairy queen and the wonderful ladies helped him and the cake decorator just happen to come out and he told her what he wanted and she said it would take a a little extra time to make, he was ok with that. They did such a wonderful job, little man was so happy with his cake.

5 people behind the counter... 1 other person in line other than me.... staff just gave a blank stare for 5minutes. Then when one decides to come to the register, I initiated the greeting... to which the staff just took the order and moved on.I was dining in and a bit later, more patrons arrived and said hello to the staff... only to get the same blank faces and a real pitiful customer environment

wow! i dont know if i should be impressed or disappointed. the cake i bought for my uncle's birthday party was delicious. but they spelled his name wrong on the cake. his name is Todd. how do you mess up Todd? so all though the cake was good i wasn't impressed.

They advertise dairy free Dilly bars but when tried ordering they said they don’t sell them anymore & I told them they should take sign down since it’s false advertising & he said he didn’t know if he could do that.
