We ordered delivery. I ordered 2 orders of cheesy garlic bread, 1 medium pepperoni pizza, 1 medium beef, it cost me $63.07??????? The cheese bread was like warm and hard, I asked for beef on my pizza, and got pepperoni instead! What a rip off!! We will never go back!!!!!!

I arrived here with four of my grandsons at 9:45 p.m. on a Friday night immediately after attending an epic high school football game won by the local home team. The sign on the door indicated they were open until 10:30 p.m. on Fridays, but we were told they closed at 10:00 p.m. and we could only order food to go. The boys and I were disappointed after the excitement of the game. I have worked in the restaurant business a few times over the years. Never did I work anywhere that refused dine-in service to guests, no matter how late they arrived. Godfather's Pizza in Fremont was a hoppin' place in the 80's and 90's. I moved out of Fremont in the mid 90's, and returned in the summer of 2024. This place shows little resemblance to the place I remember in terms of hospitality. I felt like they were annoyed by the inconvenience of our business. There's another franchise pizza place a block or so west of Godfather's. I will check their hospitality the next time the boys and I attend a a home game.

Been here 2x in the last 6 months and both times they messed up my taco pizza. I didn't ask for anything special so not sure why the employees here can not figure out how to make the items on their menu but it is a problem. I mean how hard is it to give out the taco sauce or sour cream? The other issue is have is i live in a new subdivision 3 miles away from this store and they won't deliver yet when I pick it up they still expect a tip. Laughable! The store needs new management that much is very clear.

We ordered our usual half and half pizza, always happy with it. Tonight, you out did yourself, the best pizza! Toppings were piled high and lots of sauce! So awesome, thanks!
We had reserved the party room for a baby shower and they booked another party AFTER we had called and reserved for the same time as us. Had to cancel the baby shower the day of. Not very considerate.

Placed online order at 130 pm. At 3 pm, we called to see where the order was and they never printed out the order, so it was never made. Was told to wait 45 mins for it, and when we asked for some compensation, the manager refused and kept asking if we could just cancel the order. Horrible customer service.
