We had reserved the party room for a baby shower and they booked another party AFTER we had called and reserved for the same time as us. Had to cancel the baby shower the day of. Not very considerate.

Placed online order at 130 pm. At 3 pm, we called to see where the order was and they never printed out the order, so it was never made. Was told to wait 45 mins for it, and when we asked for some compensation, the manager refused and kept asking if we could just cancel the order. Horrible customer service.

Ordered through. DoorDash. Made the mistake of saying yes to jalapeños. They drenched the pizza with them. It was too much ruined the pizza.
