The new General Manager in training, Pamela, is doing an amazing job. Despite some past mix-ups, the staff works hard, with some employees from other fast-food chains even joining the team. The service might have had some hiccups, like wrong orders, but overall, the restaurant strives to provide good food and service, even in challenging situations. Give them a chance, as they deal with customers with a smile, from nice to grumpy ones.
