Seeing these complaints are pretty shocking to me. Come on, whining about having to move up a spot in the drive thru. That sounds more like you have problems with authority. Most of these other complaints sound like ones that they could have politely went in and had them fix whatever. I've been to this location numerous times and the staff had been amazing. Are they perfect? No! I have yet to meet someone that is perfect, including myself. But since the new management I've noticed a huge change! Seems they're still looking for some good dependable people and have had some not very good ones recently, but the store is clean and I get a smile anytime I go in there to eat. Jenna I think her name in the evenings is always amazing and helpful if they get something wrong. Give these folks a break. They put up with a lot of hangry people and do it with a smile! Just wanted to put some positivity out there for these guys and gals that feed nice people to grumpy fat faced people. ?

I don’t think a customer should have to pull forward in the drive thru when there’s no one else in the drive thru just to improve their drive thru service scores!! This has happened to me several times and I think the score should drop significantly every time a customer has to pull forward to get their food!!!

The restaurant was not busy at all and it was right at 11am. We eat at Hardee's whenever we can, because all the ones we've been to have all been great, however today, our lunch was a disaster at the Fremont NE. location. Our order for $13.96 was only warm, I think someone loaded our sandwiches with an extra amount of ketchup and mustard, because it was running off the soaked bun to the point we couldn't finish our meal then noticed it was partially raw very disappointed with this, we threw it in trash an left, I don't like leaving reviews like this, but we will no be stopping there again, thank you

After months of not eating at this establishment I thought I would give it another try as I had heard they were under new management. I went in to get a chicken sandwich and the chicken was completely raw! I asked to speak to the manager and was told she was outside on a break, so I decided to wait instead of just leaving. The manager finally walked through the door after waiting 15 minutes to speak with her. I showed her the sandwich and she was extremely rude to me. She acted as if it wasn’t a big deal to serve raw chicken in her restaurant! This place has seriously gone way downhill! Needless to say I will never be eating at HARDEES ever again! I personally think that the health department needs to get involved here!
If I could rate it zero stars I would!! First off the general manager was outside smoking something (not legal in any state) with her husband. Which I don’t think he is an employee there unless being creepy and handing out lint candy from his pocket to random children and asking if they need a ride is a position Hardee’s has? Then after Pam (found out was the general managers name) finally came inside to take my order. Messed up my order horribly and didn’t know how to change it, so after 10 minutes of her staring at the screen like it was going to correct itself another employee finally came and took my order correctly. So Pam and an another employee (who I recognized from Burger King right down the street) started to work on my order. Neither of them washing their hands or wearing gloves as they worked. The one worker sneezed into his hands and continued on like nothing happened!!! At this point being completely disgusted I just asked for my money back!! I’m not sure if it’s because of being stoned out of her mind or because she’s never been a General Manager before but Pam has no idea what she is doing!!! The store was very dirty and grimy. Trash cans overflowing, dirty tables, used condom on the floor outside of the restrooms!!! I’ll gladly stick to going to the Burger King down the street because they now have the play place open, which my children love!!! And the New General Manager there and the couple faces of employees I’ve seen for months and also the new ones, having done a great job turning that store around and making feel like I rule!!!
