I used to work for hyvee years ago, and have been shopping at hyvee for nearly 15 years. I have had more issues in the 4 months since I've moved to fremont than I had in that entire time. The store itself is nice, and clean. That being said, there's a tendency to not stock empty shelves during sales unless you ask someone to check. Items marked on sale don't ring up at sale price, so I am constantly having to go to cs desk to have prices/fuel savers fixed. I use the Isles Online service frequently as I work 10hr shifts, and the roommate works 6-7 days a week. Since moving to Fremont, nearly every order has been messed up, or missing items. This weekend, both the roommate and I are sick, so I did an online order to be delivered. 4 6packs of soda were missing. The delivery person didn't answer when I called, and when I called the store, was basically told there's nothing they can do, and nobody will fix this until Monday... *edit* the missing soda was dropped off yesterday, and today some one called me, and gave a refund which i was not expecting at this point, and said they would look into why my orders keep getting messed up. Very nice person.

Ordered a birthday cake for my husband on April 19 to be picked up on April 24th. When a showed up the worker behind the counter looked for awhile, then came and asked me if it had to be refrigerated. I told him I don’t know. He looked for a little bit longer and said a record of the cake. No apology or anything. Today I called and spoke to a manager, he apologized and said sometimes we have careless kids working. Very disappointed with the whole experience! Will not be ordering a cake from them again.

This place is horrible on so many levels. Never mind it's in a neighborhood that looks more like a scene out of a dystopia Mexican movie. This place is not only over priced but it's drastically over priced for the neighborhood it's in... Almost every perishable item is close or passed it's selling date. Buying bread and veggies there was a mistake. I didn't even contemplate returning the various compromised items and instead chalked it up as a loss bc I didn't want to waste me time looking for replacement items.

Whoever is in charge of security camera at the hy vee in Fremont.SHOPPERS BEWARE:YOU CAN HAVE YOUR STILL PICTURE TAKEN OFF THE SECURITY CAMERA. THEN A DAY LATER YOUR PICTURES END UP ON FACEBOOK LABLED ……….“STALKER”Seems rather unprofessional that hy vee would have a policy that would allow this. Or no policy at all. Whoever this person is, needs to be fired!!This over active psycho feels so smug and arrogant that “she” thinks it’s ok.Somehow my address was attached to the pic and my car was vandalized in the last two hours. So shoppers beware

Hy vee is great! Good food I like the deals at the Chinese place. One employee CJ I believe was sagging his pants. Very unprofessional. Looked like they are about to just fall off. He had to keep pulling the up but never all the way up

I always shop at Hy-Vee, I know where everything is at so it's easy to get the stuff I want and we got buy the ham get a turkey free and that's always helpful on the holidays I would give HyVee and HyVee pharmacy five star rating and above ?

I wish I could take my stars back. I really really dislike the new sale scanner. It's impossible to know what's on sale, they have no price tags in the aislesMy parents did shop there. But since the new sales scanner thing. They said the are terribly unaccommodating, the senior crowd that shop Hy-Vee don't know anything about the sales. The employees when asked about a item on sale, they shrug their shoulders and know nothing. Put it back the old way PLEASE.

I went in at 7:53 to pick up some Chinese food. I realize that they close at 8:00 but my kitchen is unavailable and I just wanted to grab what they had left in the warmers. The lady working there was busy talking to her friends and glared at me rudely saying we are closed. I picked up some refrigerated meals and a bottle of sweet and sour. I checked out and got back to my car by 8:02. I won't be back.

This bakery is GREAT! I've always had good luck with Hy-Vee bakeries and this one did not disappoint! They first made a cupcake cake for my daughters 2nd birthday. They ran with the theme and the cupcakes were delicious! We went back and got a gender reveal cake from them. Not only were the bakers excited for us and very helpful, they got us the cake back same day! The cake was delish and adorable! Highly recommend this bakery.

i was shopping in your store this evening when one of your manager or supervisors was screaming very loudly at a few of your employees I was a few aisle over getting some items before going to see who was yelling person yelling at the others had a name tag of Alexis saying some pretty nasty things towards other employees i was in your store around 636pm ish after that happened i asked that employee where a item i could not find was and she then yelled in a rude
