Placed an online order ahead of time for a friend and myself for lunch and the food was really hot and fresh. One of the best experiences I've had at a KFC in awhile. We got the chicken strips with fries and I got a side of gravy for dipping.

Wish the famous bowls actually had chicken in them still. They used to load them up and now you are lucky to get 4 tiny pieces on top of a crap ton of mashed potatoes..

So... night before Thanksgiving 2024, wife and daughter want KFC. So I drive back to Fremont after working there all day and hit the drive thru. After several years and in the hundreds of orders in the drive thru, my request for gravy on the side of the mashed potatoes was rejected and the girl running the drive thru said I have no way to do that. So either I'm the dumbest customer ever, or she is the laziest or dumbest KFC employee ever. I have never had any issue with gravy on the side for 40 plus years. If you had all product portioned out I get that... but don't lie, all it takes is 1 more container. Just be honest please! I wouldn't have gotten pissed off if I was told hey, it's later at night and product is down. Everything is portioned out. I would have ordered more for myself to eat as well. However the what I presume as lazy, cause I don't think your dumb, pissed me off! Plus i recieved no napkins or the usuall spork pack. Guessing I'm going to Columbus for my KFC in future. Oh!!! Maybe their pizza ranch is remodeled by now.

Fremont kfc is the worst kfc I’ve ever been to,went thru drive thru at 700 ish, one car ahead of us, first they said just a minute and didn’t come back on for like 3-4 minutes if not more, then we ordered chicken tenders, sat behind car for like 5-7 min,, got to window and they said the cherry bites we got were not ready yet so if we wanted them it would be 5 min so we pulled over, 10 min went by, they helped 2 cars who also pulled over, both got their food before us, 15 min went by, we were on our way somewhere and had already paid so I went in and stood at counter, there was 2 people in place eating, no one was at counter, I stood there for 5 min while 2 girls looked at me and said nothing,still no one came to counter so I raised my voice and girl said we only have 5 chick strips so is it okay if we give you 2 chicken legs, Wich would be fine, but were they even gonna come tell us, 25 min and not one apology, I’m sure the cars that went thru while we waited got chick tenders,so I went to my daughters and mentioned how awful service is there and she said we just went there tonight too and it took 10 min per car s as nd they had to pull over to but not for 20 min.other times you were out of chicken when I went thru,2xs! Just wanted to share that!!&
No fries with combo meal. Ordered $65 of food and I received no dipping sauce as requested either. Side of corn offered as an upsell was cooked beyond edible.

Wait for someone to take our order. Then the kid that took our order was very inpatient. Like we were a inconvenience. The chicken was ok. But the mash potatoes were scorched. No biscuits. Did even ask in I wanted dipping sauce for my strips. Had to go ask. The whole time we were eating. You could hear them complaining about work. Won't be back...
I ordered on the app at 4:30 for 5:30 pickup. It took 15 minutes (5:45) to get my order, They were missing item 2 of 2 as labeled on my receipt. The employee tried to tell me I had everything. Obviously not if the 1 of 2 label is the only label I had. I finally got back in May car and on the road at 5:52. Like, what the heck happens at this KFC that the customer service is always sub-par and the service is so slow?

Went to the drive through, once home opened bag to find we got a 3 piece chicken tender not the 5 piece we ordered. And no dipping sauce. My fries were missing from my sandwich order. Called to talk to the manager and he said we could come back and get missing items. I stated we live 15 miles away, so no I wasn't turning around and driving back. He then said he could add our name to a book and when we come through again we could get the missing items then. My thought was you screw up orders so many times that you have to have a book. Yikes!! I don't plan to go back again, ever.

KFC has gotten really expensive bought an 8 piece meal with mashed potatoes and coleslaw. They barely gave us enough potatoes & coleslaw for 2 people. Also bought mac'n cheese and 1 pop for almost $40! Very disappointed with the portions sizes that should of fed 4 people but barely enough for 2 and not a single breast in our bucket of chicken only thighs, wings & legs. Unfortunately I like white meat and wings won't do it! Won't be going back! ☹️

O just had something call a 2 piece? The leg was burnt an the other piece was not original it's was burnt an crunchy that made my dinner terrible an I got sick an had to make something else? I don't know if I ever will go back if that what's kind food I'm getting?
