Ninja Steak & Sushi House Fremont NE

1st & last time there. Absolutely horrible. Terrible food- so bad we all could barely choke half of it down, no hibachi chef, and the skimpy portion doesn't align with price. Definitely a 1 & done for us! Only thing good, was our server.

So first off this place closes at 9:00 AM which is extremely early. I was there at 8:35 and they had already shut down the grill. Sorry but these hours are supper bizzare to me. I guess people in Nebraska eat very early. But if your hours are posted that you close at 9:00 then you need to be open until 9:00 PM.

Then the person taking my order had attitude. I have been eating mochi for a couple decades. I may not say it right but I don’t need someone to ridicule me if I pronounce it wrong. Then when I asked which flavor is more popular I got more attitude. Yes I know people like different flavors but that’s not what i was asking. The only choices were strawberry and mango and sometimes you are somewhere and one flavor of anything may be weird. Maybe the mango they had did sell well because it’s off. Instead I was chastised for even asking.

The food was good. I ordered tuna and salmon sashimi, seared salad and California roll and also strawberry mochi.

I wasn’t going to write a review but the woman with attitude never handed me my card back. I noticed today when I was flying out that my card was missing.

When I called they had the card which was great but I asked the woman that answered the phone if she could send me my card. She said she doesn’t know and I would have to speak to the owner. When I asked when the owner would be in she said she has no clue as the owner didn’t keep regular hours.

This was beyond frustrating. Get your act together and get people that actually like helping other people. Maybe in Nebraska people put up with this nonsense.

Bad attitude all around with everyone I came in contact with. Definitely would not recommend.

This place really left us enchanted, a beautiful decoration, I am Colombian and I love this style. Their food is super delicious, fresh, hot, etc. Clean place, they cook with style and love ? I noticed it in the cooks with their gloves. Thanks to this restaurant I started to like sushi ??. These dishes are delicious. Good attention. Visit Fremont and come to this restaurant.

Used to love coming here, now they close the tea station before they're closed, nobody pay attention to the pickup/tea counter, plus they don't communicate and will give you different answers to the same question. Food quality has gone down as well, steak is tough when used to melt in your mouth and the salmon has weird spots on it. Sometimes dishes are missing items they'd normally have in them. I feel like the staff doesn't care as much about their restaurant anymore.

Great Service, great atmosphere and the food was fire:sushi, appetizers, and entrees.

Kid-friendliness: Had 2 little ones they accommodated with no issues.

Wheelchair accessibility: My grandma uses a wheel chair and we did not have any issues with her accessibility.

Picked this restaurant to eat at on Mother's Day from Google Maps. Had never been there before. Pulled up in the parking lot and was a little worried from the outside look. But was I so very pleasantly surprised the first step in the door. Environment, staff, and food were WONDERFUL. Not one thing I could think of to make our first-time visit better. Great job, Ninja Steak & Sushi!!! Will definitely be back!!

Ninja Steak & Sushi House Gets-⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Don't blink or you'll miss it and you DO NOT want to do that! It is on N side of 23rd Street between Lincoln Ave & Yager Rd.From the moment you walk in you realize that you've found yourself a sweet smelling lil treasure cove of atmosphere, whimsical decor and friendly and attentive staff. Also, you begin to think "There is something special about this place" then before you finish pondering this your meal arrives! It is piping hot and you can see it's been made freshly, with beautiful presentation."THAT'S IT!" you think loudly to yourself because now you realize you've found the illusive unicorn among restaurants! It is a spiritually decadent lil sin of the most delicious, savory, well portioned, fantastically wonderful works of culinary delight that is unmatched by any restaurant here in Fremont or the surrounding area!For those of you for whatever reason, have yet to dine here. Maybe because you have no friends OR you're not too bright OR you get lost going from your bedroom to the bathroom in your own house. Even if you've been punishing your mouths tastebuds and they need to be taught a lesson! You must rectify your monumental screw up and GO NOW! Ha ha ha ha! ?

Eric was our server tonight! He did amazing checked on us often and was very kind. All the servers at the restaurant did an amazing job for customer service, food service and cleanliness. Our food was outstanding and delish, came out on timely considering the large family that had a party.
