Osteria Kayla Restaurant is a fancy place with very nice folks offering a military discount. The food is delicious, especially after a quick warm-up in the microwave. However, some meals like the calamari may be questionable. The meatball appetizer may not offer great value for its price, but the Tiramisu stands out as excellent. Unfortunately, a customer found a cockroach in their food and did not receive a proper response from the owner.
