My friend treated me to lunch here today. The young man who helped us was very kind and VERY patient. We were a bit indecisive. He pointed out some great recommendations. I personally had the Kayla Italiano. It was nice and filling. I plan on going back. I would definitely just say if you are trying to save money then go for lunch as the dinner menu is about double the cost of the lunch menu .

I ordered the battered risotto and mozzarella balls with marinara. They were pretty bland. The shrimp scampi was good, not great. The garlic cibatta was good. My sister ordered the lamb meatballs and those and incredible flavor. Our server was attentive but not overbearing.

This is our third time going to Osteria, for the Thursday special. Each time the streaks are amazing, prepared the way you want them. I usually need 57 sauce with a steak but the flavors are amazing that I don’t need it. The bread pudding dessert is amazing too. Definitely be going back.

We were ignored by staff for 30 minutes. The waitress never came back to take our order. Every single member of your wait staff walked passed our table even the bartender several times. Our waitress even looked back over at us, and yet never came back. I am a patient individual. We exited your establishment after 30 minutes of noone coming back to our table.
Every member of your wait staff walked passed us, seen the menus still on the table and we were never asked if we needed anything.
We even called ahead by 30 minutes for a table of 2 and told there was no wait time (we arrived in less than 10 minutes). People around us received their meal, ate and had their finished plates taken off the table by staff. Multiple alcoholic beverages taken to them. Again, wait staff looking down at the menus still on our table, yet noone comes back?! Tables seated after us were getting drinks and the waitress took their order, even brought out one their appetizers. We were ignored after we were seated. Very unacceptable.
I do not recommend this place to anyone. Sadly it was recommended to me and it was a huge disappointment.

We were looking for something different, so we thought we'd try this place. We weren't disappointed. Our server was very sweet and attentive. I didn't know which wine to try, so I was brought a couple of samples. The pinot noir was excellent. Our food was delicious and brought out while it was still hot! Our steak you could cut with our fork, so tender and seasoned to perfection. The shrimp Alfredo was creamy and very tasty. We look forward to visiting your restaurant again very soon!!
We have gone here many times and have had an enjoyable experience. Drove in about a month ago and the young lady who was at the entrance told us they did not have room and were too busy. There was an empty booth so we asked our favorite server if we could have the booth and he gladly seated us. Went last night and the young man told us high top only. There was an empty table so we asked for that and he told us no, high top only. We are uncomfortable in high top chairs, so we went to the restaurant next door. Had a delicious meal and an enjoyable experience. Frustrating as we do enjoy going there if allowed in, debating on ever going back.

We went to Osteria Kayla with a large group Saturday night and loved every minute. They were busy but didn't miss a beat in service. The food was delicious and arrived in a timely matter. Sabrina was our waitress and was organized and kind. In addition, she helped a lot with questions as we were preparing for the large group in advance. We will be visiting again!
