We stopped going to this location as long as the creepy older guy, scott is still working there. We live in the neighborhood and it used to be decent. Not only is he apparently rude to customers, but he runs around the neighborhood to all the surrounding businesses jumping straight into aggressive conflict over simple situations like parking spots, etc. where he could have approached nicely like an actual professional who represents the business instead of immediately threatening people in the neighborhood over the smallest issue. He’s not even the owner or the tenant and he comes at the actual property owners in the area like he actually has some claim to the property when he doesn’t. He’s a mess, notorious for trying to pick fights with all the surrounding businesses in the neighborhood as well.

Food was great after we cooked it...people making do not talk at all to you and. Seem mad when i added a couple more items to my order after they had completed it.

Nota Bene

They had one kid working on Friday night who had no idea how to work the cash register or make pizzas correctly; it took 45 mins to get two pizzas with only one other person in front of me. Instead of making any pizzas, he just kept taking more orders. I do not blame him, I blame whoever left him alone and not properly trained at a pizza place on a Friday night.

Food is good however the staff is very unprofessional and rude. After a bad experience I completed the survey on the ticket and I had a phone call from the local employee 10-15 minutes later telling me I’ve complained to much and I’m not longer welcomed in the store. Extremely weird and creepy. Scott was the older man’s name and cooperate confirmed he isn’t the owner to be making calls like that.

Manager is highly unprofessional and should be less "testerical" when speaking with customers. This business is run rather incompetently. When you are open during operating hours, make sure the business is well lit outside and the "open" sign is turned on. Also, during operating hours, phones should be answered promptly instead of letting the phone keep ringing. It seems as though nobody is truly working at this food joint. The staff can't complete food orders on time or even make the pizzas right, so of course that is a reflection on how poorly the manager is doing their job. Would not recommend or eat here again.

Just picked up the skimpiest pizza ever made at 177th & Center location. Barely any cheese on the pizza and actually had to add cheese when I returned home. Would recommend other area pizza businesses in the area.

Scott F. It must have been your day off...you always get it right and very polite and friendly but the guy today was a jerk with an attitude and personality of a bent hubcap...will call in future to make sure you are working...Was there about 4:30pm on April 22nd at Fremont, location

I walked into the Fremont store at 5:13pm and ordered 4 pizzas. There was one young kid that took my order and was making pizzas. There were 2 people ahead of me that had ordered. Another young kid was back in the kitchen washing dishes. The kid out front could not keep up with taking orders and making pizzas. I did not leave with my pizzas until 5:50pm. I had to ask the employee to get a new pair of gloves because he never took them off after using the register. He just went back to making pizzas. People that had come into the store after and ordered received their pizzas before me. On line orders were made before mine. The young boy in the back finally came out and started helping. He could really move. I believe the other young boy was new. One of the pizzas I ordered was chicken, bacon artichoke. Guess what?? When I got home there was no chicken on the pizza. Where was management?? I don’t really blame the 2 young kids and I was not rude to either of them but it is unacceptable to wait 37 minutes for 4 pizzas. I never complain outwardly, I just will never go back.

Papa Murphy's is a great go to for impromptu gatherings or those nights when cooking just seems too much. We had friends over for cards and laughs, and I picked up a stuffed pizza and Thai chicken pizza. Both were a hit and delicious. Try the Thai pizza for a surprising change.

Your gonna wait. 1 person doing there best while the others act. Try and call in and there is no difference.

Ordered pizza online. Said would be ready in 30 minutes. Arrived 30 minutes later. Pizza not done. Waited 20 more minutes. Chinchy on the toppings. If we want a cheese pizza would have ordered one. Previous experience with Papa Murphy's in another town in another state was always good everything measured out. Dark dingy store. Won't be back.
