Stopped for breakfast and so glad we did. We got the chicken fried steak meal and the French toast platter. Absolutely amazing!

OMG!!! We were driving through Fremont on the way to Santa Fe. We always try to find the little mom and pop diners because we like to support small business and the food is…more often than not…much better than a chain restaurant. Penny’s DID NOT DISAPPOINT. When I used to live in Columbus, I would drive by here and I always wanted to stop by here and check it out. A building of yesteryear. Today, I and a good friend, got the chance to visit, after all of these years.
I was not disappointed. I had the Chicken and Waffles and a side of scrambled eggs. It was delicious!
