The people working tonight were absolutely amazing! They apologized for having us wait on food which was not necessary, it was a large order and I appreciate fresh food! All the drinks were taped shut and they gave us cookies unexpectedly in our bags!! Thank you all! Probably the best service I’ve ever had at any Runza location

I only eat Runza a couple time a year. But the last 2 times I've been there the foodhas been awful. Unmelted cheese on my cheese Runza and the onion rings are terrible. When I asked for Ranch I was told they don't have it anymore, but then put 2 containers in my bag, which I was very excited about.....until I tasted it. I ended up throwing most of my meal away. Won't be back.

Had a double Swiss mushroom burger with bacon. It was amazing fresh and hot. My French fries were over cooked. Seems to be a problem lately. The establishment was clean and staff were friendly. I eat here once a week. Only complaint is my fries
