The people working tonight were absolutely amazing! They apologized for having us wait on food which was not necessary, it was a large order and I appreciate fresh food! All the drinks were taped shut and they gave us cookies unexpectedly in our bags!! Thank you all! Probably the best service I’ve ever had at any Runza location

Great scratch made food to order, amazing. Workers
I only eat Runza a couple time a year. But the last 2 times I've been there the foodhas been awful. Unmelted cheese on my cheese Runza and the onion rings are terrible. When I asked for Ranch I was told they don't have it anymore, but then put 2 containers in my bag, which I was very excited about.....until I tasted it. I ended up throwing most of my meal away. Won't be back.

Had a double Swiss mushroom burger with bacon. It was amazing fresh and hot. My French fries were over cooked. Seems to be a problem lately. The establishment was clean and staff were friendly. I eat here once a week. Only complaint is my fries

They were out of Runzas! I'm only giving 2 stars, rather than zero, because the young man working the counter was very patient with some kids ahead of us, counting a huge pile of loose change for their order. That was nice.

The onion rings were terrible so much oil they were so bad. My runza I only ate a couple bites it wasn't even cooked all the way. French fries were soggy and old. We used to love going here it was our favorite place to get food. We had a large order and ended up going inside because 7 cars all went threw drive threw and our food still wasn't out. Sat for over 40 minutes waiting for them to bring it out to us
