The food is fresh, authentic, creative, and thoughtful. A must visit and addition to your restaurant rotation list. The entire staff from owner/Chef to his entire team are knowledgeable and friendly. A true gem in Fremont.

Despite being in the middle of the United States in an inconspicuous town, Semo is a culinary gem that captures the essence of Italian cooking with finesse and flair. Whether you're a lover of pasta, seafood, or simply good food made with love, a visit to Semo is sure to leave you craving more. Buon appetito!

This place is amazing food to service. Our waiter spent time with us and explained the menu very well. We will definitely be back to explore more of the menu.

Had been wanting to try Semo for a long time and it definitely lived up to the hype! Food, cocktails, and service were all great. Highly recommend the bread service with herb butter, SO good! Our entrees and dessert were also amazing. Worth the trip out to Fremont!

The service and atmosphere were both a 10. We got the bread service, the cheese and meat appetizer, the wagyu bolognese, the basil spaghetti and the cheesecake dessert. The bread, drinks, the meat and cheese appetizer, and the cheesecake were all great. The only thing were the 2 main courses.. both were good but they were both quite salty…. And both of us like saltier foods…. Overall I’d definitely try again, I’d just order a different main entree

Honestly, there are a lot of restaurants in Omaha. A lot of GREAT restaurants. But Fremont may have one of the best. Semo is incredible. Everything we ate brought us joy! Every bite was amazing. Honestly. Cannot wait to come again.

One of my favorite meals in years. My girlfriend had an espresso martini which she said is the best one she ever had. The halibut was original and perfect. I had the blood sausage that was excellent and the Barolo that Dan recommended that was perfect for the Tagliatelle with beef cheek sugo (with which I am now obsessed). The bread service impressed us too. I especially liked the parsley-chive butter. The farm salad divided us: I liked it, but gf did not. Last but not least: the cheesecake is on another level, combined with the earl grey ice cream that had a little bit of salt on top: wow! The main dishes, the dessert, the wine, the service and the ambience (exposed brick, painted tin ceiling, and real candles for a change!) made this one of our most special and memorable dinner dates. We will be back soon.

Went with another couple for bday, they'd heard good things. Ordered two entrees and split with wife. Steak and pasta were both great. Drinks and dessert were also good. Waitress was fun. Minor ding on atmosphere is it was too quiet, don't want others to be able to hear my inappropriate conversations. Plan to go back. Not specific to Semo, but the street it's on is shockingly fun. Other nice restaurants and a bourbon bar. Yeah Fremont.
