Absolutely disgusting experience. We were halfway through our meal when we noticed cockroaches crawling around. The moment we saw them, we stopped eating immediately—it was that revolting. When we told the staff and asked them to take the food away, they acted like it was no big deal and still had the nerve to charge us full price. No accountability, just complete disregard for basic hygiene and customer care. We left feeling sick and shocked. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Good food at decent prices, but lately the service has been poor. My server doesn't know the menu and I haven't seen him in over 20 minutes, I had to go to the bar to get help. Eating here as I type this and waiting to put in for takeout and get my check. Really frustrated.

Edit: changed to two stars. Still here, asked for my check awhile ago. Being ignored again. I've seen my server twice in an hour. Waiting on my takeout and my check. Had to talk to someone who I assume is the manager or owner to get my server to come over to refill drinks. Not coming back, I'll pay more for better service elsewhere.

Welcoming and efficient. Their pastor quesadilla is especially delicious.

I come here for lunch every other week and it's my favorite restaurant to go. My coworkers and I are always treated extremely well, the staff is very hospitable.

The portion sizes are amazing for the very affordable cost they charge. The food is always cooked well with fresh ingredients, and always comes out hot, never taking more than 10 minutes, even with my party of six.

Edit: Experience depends on server. All of the ladies treat us well, but the new young male couldn't care less. Ruined our normal experience.

Food was ok, service was mediocre but it's not a bad place. They are trying hard but seem under staffed. We weren't there during a particularly busy time, not sure if that helped or hurt the staffing situation.

I ordered tilapia with shrimp. The envelopes were cooked very dry. They didn't have seasoning. I don't go back to that place.
