1 star the reason we were riding on our scooters and this short white lady with black hair was yelling at us because we were waiting in the stall that we we’re supposed to be in and she yelled also yelled when we were up there asking for our food and smacked the food down and I think she should get a talking to for yelling at us kids

I’ve lived all over the country and have been to many Sonics, but for some reason the burgers at this location are by far the most delicious; I think it’s the extra buttery bun. (Compliments to the chef.) Additionally, I always get a double burger, no cheese, no lettuce, no ketchup, no mayo, add mustard…and my order has always been perfectly correct (which is a huge thing to me, because I had recently been expecting it to be completely wrong because of past experiences at other locations). Y’all are doing great here.

Manager was extremely rude and refused service to us because I asked if they could honor the happy hour price because we got there before 4 and left us waiting for over 20 minutes and he said there was no way to do that. Shut the window on us and refused service. When management doesn’t know how to make a situation right maybe they shouldn’t be in management

This has got to be the worst shake, unless you want a cup of chocolate syrup sludge. It's too bad because at one time they made the best in town but not any more :(

I really wanted to like their food but it was completely disgusting. Hamburger wasnt cooked all the way. Tenders weren't crispy and worker was very judgmental. Definitely will not be coming back to this sonic.. DO BETTER.

Tonight at Sonic= Went through the drive-through and ordered a strawberry cheesecake Master shake and a hot fudge shake. I did not end up receiving a strawberry cheesecake:(. There is definitely No strawberry Taste and where’s the cheesecake pieces!?. The supposed to be strawberry shake tastes like Carmel and it appears that some chocolate and Carmel are on the lid to the drink. Hot fudge shake barely has a hot fudge taste to it. It’s more of a light after taste. There was not enough taste and the taste of peanut butter is questionable.

To start the kid taking orders in drive through was very rude tell me to hurry up I was looking at the menu for not even 3 minutes when I got to the window I could see the he was very high and was giving dirty looks management need to look into this kid

I have stopped in Fremont multiple times but every single time I plan to pay ahead of time to make everything convenient, online ordering is never available and service has taken 20+ minutes when I do park and order just for drinks unless I am in the drive through.
