To start the kid taking orders in drive through was very rude tell me to hurry up I was looking at the menu for not even 3 minutes when I got to the window I could see the he was very high and was giving dirty looks management need to look into this kid

I have stopped in Fremont multiple times but every single time I plan to pay ahead of time to make everything convenient, online ordering is never available and service has taken 20+ minutes when I do park and order just for drinks unless I am in the drive through.

Best onion rings ever. Huge portion. Not over cooked. Burgers are excellent and will require two hands to keep them together, especially when you get to the end. If you like shakes, try the handcrafted cheesecake shake, without or with strawberries.

We ordered food at a time where there were virtually no other cars here. We sat outside and waited a solid ten minutes for our food to show up. We then ordered two slushes and a sundae after that and waited 15 minutes for those, only getting them after we pushed a button again and complained. The ice cream and drinks were then brought out the very same minute, and the ice cream was almost completely melted. Seems like it had just sat out on the counter for that fifteen minutes we were waiting. That was the first time I ever complained and asked for new food. Not waiting 15 minutes for ice cream and then eating it melted.

No matter what time I come here or what day the employees are always so rude and disrespectful. They don't say anything not even hi, its a "what do you want" and when I ask a question they say " it doesn't work like that" instead of explaining anything. Worst sonic EVER!! And my burritos are ALWAYS so small even though they're 5 dollars each. Ridiculous.
