This review is long overdue so I’m gonna give it two stars instead of one, due to my lack of timeliness. I haven’t been back since so I don’t know if he still works here (hopefully not), but a while ago I came to the Starbucks with my little brother to get a drink. The person behind the counter was tall, white, and had black hair, and he seemed like he didn’t want to be there. I asked for a grande pink drink, and immediately he started looking at me and talking to me funny. My little brother and I were confused, as this barista went from mean to meaner the second I asked for my drink order. When my little brother ordered, he stared at him for a moment before just saying “kay… if that’s what you want…” like it was so weird that someone would order what we ordered. I was extremely unsettled so we left immediately after receiving our drinks. I later found out from acquaintances that he was notorious for judging people based off their order and ordering a pink drink was to him saying that you were the scum of the earth. I don’t know why. Not that it’s any of anyone’s business, but I was away from my ill father who was stuck in Oklahoma while I was in Nebraska. As a child I used to get the pink drink with him all the time, and so getting this drink was my way of feeling like I was with him. To be fair though, everyone I met in this town was rude so I can’t be too mad at him for being like everyone else. Hopefully he got fired ❤️

Good coffee joint right inside the grocery store. Friendly cashier. Not busy, no line. Order was fast. Would like to return.
I’ve been going to the Starbucks now for about a year. The manager Brenda has always been professional and kind along with the gals that work there. And she keeps it well staffed so that even on the busiest days you can get your drink and get out of there before too long. They are personal and friendly. I have sugar restrictions, and so they made some offers with different drinks on how they could reduce the amount of sugar. I’d say they’ve got a good thing going there.

Had bad experience , only one person working and 6 customers , felt like I was waiting a long time and what I order didn’t taste what I asked for instead it tasted like just milk with creamer ? why be open if can’t get people order rights , if so short staffed then why be open . Causing stress on your employees for nothing
I stayed close to this starbucks, so I went over early to get cup of coffee. No fancy drink or food, I just ordered a cup of coffee. I waited 18 minutes to get it. I hate that I have to ewait for them to make a lot of fancy drinks when al I want is a cup of coffee. Just pour the cup and give it to me, I paid for it BEFORE I knew it wold take nearly 20 minutes to get get it!!!!!. I do not like that at most starbucks, this is a terrible problem, and this place is NO exception. I want a SIMPLE cup of COFFEE, not a work laden fancy, schmaltzy drink or food. Funny that Starbucks is a coffee shop but that takes so much time to pour a cup you may as well order the moon, for the wait time.
The shoulder length blonde gal that was counting change as I walked up to the counter today- didn’t feel the need to acknowledge me in that moment- or when I apologized for interrupting her task. After she put the change away she simple stared at me waiting for my order. No thank you after the fact. Not a single word not eye contact.Quite possibly the worst level of customer service I’ve encountered when ordering a cup of coffee, anywhere.Maybe she would be happier in the back stock area where customer facing interactions aren’t required?
My husband and I usually go to the drive-through at the new Starbucks on 23rd ave,but because we were in Hyvee we went to the in store location. We ordered 2 large Caramel Candy Ribbon Crunch Frappuccinos. Awful. Hardly any flavor and not creamy but very 'icy'. We"ll go back to the drive through even if its inconvenient.
Stopped in, wanting to get a 12 cup to go box. Barista told me “no, I need a day advance notice.” A days notice, for coffee at a coffee place? I can see if I would have ordered several of them, but 1? Poor customer service. Even the customer behind me thought it was crazy. Won’t be going there again.
Pricey..But it IS Starbucks so yeh

They close at least once a week each month and no notice. Not to mention, we had over 1,500 star points and because we can never use them they went away and we got an email saying because of the pandemic, they are extending the expiration date of the points. Nope. Still went away. All the money we spend in this store and they just take our points away. If your staff keep getting Covid, perhaps just close for good.

If i could i would give 0 stars. we were overcharged for our drinks. i for sure know that two days ago at another starbucks i got a VENTI drink and two cake pops for 10 dollars so i don’t understand how two SMALL drinks added up to be more then the other one was. absolutely ridiculous
French Roast, room for cream and a bowl of oatmeal and/or maybe an orange scone. Cookie for dessert? Ah breakfast and America's Best Coffee. The scent of fresh coffee is always intense and inviting. No overpowering smells of vanilla, nutmeg and other coffee ruinous smells. Coffee! Simply delicious coffee. That's what Starbucks is all about.
