Power was out in Fremont and this was one of the only places open. The employees knocked it out of the park with their service and patience! It was sooooo busy in there and they just kept making sandwiches!! Mine was delicious!!

Ordered an online order (tuna sub, chips, and a Gatorade). Didn't get my drink so I called the store and they said that it wasn't their problem and hung up on me. Super disrespectful. Never order from here!
A month later and I still haven’t heard from support about a jacked up order got a email acknowledging the complaint and then y’all just dropped of the face of the earth customer support need improvement

Chronically out of ingredients. Last time I stopped numerous veggie containers were absent from ingredients bar, this time no eggs for the breakfast subs. It's a crap shoot whether you're going to get what you want
