Got off work and ordered a 9 dollar deluxe box. Supposed to come with challupas I asked for steak and got two pieces of steak in each chlupas . The beefy five layer was nothing but beans and cheese and the cheese lid wasn't even put on right and spilled in the box every where .

If you're a gambler, this is the Taco Bell for you. Ordered a combo box with a couple of minor modifications and received not only the wrong thing, but a lot of the wrong thing. My five-layer burrito came in separate layers and separate tortillas and they were all beef. Drink had no ice, but at least they got the liquid right. Giving two stars for no line and getting my stuff quickly.

Kid didnt feel like working. Made me get out of the DT because “my card didnt work” and I called my bank and they said no one ran it.. then I came back to the window and he said I had to go back around “again” and re order. Not professional and helpful at all.

Have you unwrapped a taco and shredded lettuce didn't go everywhere? I've never been so fortunate, It's rather annoying. Taco Bell is fine. It's open late. Unfortunately I always feel rushed when I'm looking at the menu. It's really hard to find the awkward menu section that is now $3.29 and under.

When we got to the window, we were informed the drink we purchased online was unavailable. After the worker told us this, she slammed the window in our face without giving us other options for a drink or being kind. We politely asked if we could get a slushee since the soda machine was down and she was very rude and condescending, said no, and told us we couldn’t get a refund. Her attitude and impoliteness was uncalled for considering we hadn’t been rude and were paying customers. It would’ve been fine if she was just nice about it but she was not. The manager was kind over the phone but still no drink or refund. We’ve been to other taco bell’s where they accommodate and would have given us another drink or a refund but this one did not. Very disappointed with the customer service. The girl working the window said her name was Elda or Ezra or something.

I’ve genuinely never had a more rude interaction with a drive thru worker. I’ve worked fast food and there was no reason to be acting the way she was. Also wouldn’t refund/replace something I ordered online just said they were out and slammed the door.

Drive up service. I ask questions about steak burritos. Server described one and I ask about the other. I could tell he was not happy with me questioning. At the windows, as I was retrieving my money, I tried to apologize for the questions and he gave me a disgusted look, took my money and walked away. The burrito meat was and had no flavor. My crunchwrap had less than 1 tablespoon of meat and it was DRY with no seasoning. It was swimming with sour cream, the only flavor you could taste and I had to cut it open to actually find the meat. $16 plus change for nothing. Even if the food would have been edible, the rudeness was enough never to return.
