Drive up service. I ask questions about steak burritos. Server described one and I ask about the other. I could tell he was not happy with me questioning. At the windows, as I was retrieving my money, I tried to apologize for the questions and he gave me a disgusted look, took my money and walked away. The burrito meat was and had no flavor. My crunchwrap had less than 1 tablespoon of meat and it was DRY with no seasoning. It was swimming with sour cream, the only flavor you could taste and I had to cut it open to actually find the meat. $16 plus change for nothing. Even if the food would have been edible, the rudeness was enough never to return.

Food is always good but my order isn't always right. When I order online (pickup order) it has never been made and I've had to wait. They seem to ALWAYS be out of supply's such as drink carriers amd boxes for the meals.

I live in valley and got home n the bottom of my bag was soaked n had a hole in it, I pull the food out and a couple items are soaked in water. Called the store n the guy just wanted to try and say it’s bc it’s raining out. But yet my tortilla is stuck to its wrapper from water n the hole taco is soaked. Ended up hanging up cause he clearly wasn’t about to be sorry or help fix it. Guess I just don’t eat tonight? lady who took my order tho was nice
