Didn't put meat in my grilled stuffed taco. Just tortilla, shell, cheese and sour cream. How do these people stay employed.

I ordered a meat and potato burrito with a soft shell taco. I was expecting what I ordered and I got the complete opposite. They gave me a regular burrito that was not properly wrapped and it had wayyyy more lettuce and little meat and one potato ole! That’s sad I spent almost $30 and did not get what I ordered! Will never go back again. Although the manager was decent over the phone she offered me coupons to be sent in the mail. I think that’s a joke honestly but I will not recommend ordering from there at least not in the mornings!

Went in to place an order to go so we could browse menu and not hold anyone up in the drive thru. Had someone look up at us but no one acknowledged us, said that it would be a few minutes or even a hi. Waited 7 minutes. Decided if we were not worth the time, neither are they. Went somewhere else with much better service.

I live in Omaha but work in Fremont. The Omaha locations are good, but the Fremont location is 10/10 amazing. The potato ole’s are always crispy and fresh, the tacos are consistently good. Keep doing whatever you’re doing!!

Been a few times. Each hoping it would get better. For the simple reason I like the food chain. Everytime I go I get the worst potatoes. The last time I asked them to remake and came back worse then before. If the potatoes are that bad I can't imagine the rest..
