***BEWARE OF ORDERING ONLINE OR PAYING AHEAD**** I placed a $50 order for pickup and had a very disappointing experience. When I arrived, I was told there was an issue with my credit card not processing. I provided my credit card receipt and order number as proof of payment, and I was then told they would begin preparing my order.
After waiting approximately 45 minutes — and checking in twice for an update — I was informed that my order had never been placed. Despite this, my card was charged and I did not receive my food.
The lack of communication and accountability was extremely frustrating. I understand that mistakes happen, but I would have appreciated clearer communication and a prompt resolution. I hope management addresses this issue so other customers do not experience the same situation.

The new pizza with sausage , pepperoni, and cream cheese was recommended to us so we gave it a shot tonight. Holy cow!! Very nice flavor and great crust. The staff was terrific. I only got the manager’s name, Natasha, but the others were nice as well. Great experience.

I could put up with it looking and tasting like what they served in elementary school lunches back in the 90s, if it weren’t for the false price advertising. The small, gluten free, pepperoni was over $20 — more than advertised in their Google maps listing.
You’d be better off with a five dollar frozen from Walmart.

Fremont valentinos does such a great job. Pizza is on time when I do carry out and they also deliver to valley which is a huge bonus! Pizza and all food is always delicious. The workers are happy and approachable. LOVE valentinos and I love the Fremont location.
