I really enjoy this Wendy's the fries are always hot and fresh and I haven't had any issues with my order. They get my food out to me quickly and I haven't had any issues with waiting.

Had a very terrible experience with a worker named Aaron, my girlfriend ordered a single cheeseburger with everything on it but he just would not get that, he asked her like 5 times and she kept telling him that she wanted everything on her burger and he was freaking out and was all out very rude to her, then he kept complaining about us very loudly too all of the other staff members, food was also not very good and was just flat out a terrible experience

Worst $14 I ever spent. Large Fry was half empty which they made good on with fries that were cold and soggy. When I got home I realized they never gave me my drink. When I called them regarding the drink I was hung up on. Zero need to go back with so many other medium grade fast food joints to choose from

Horrible experience. Waited 25 mins to get my food while workers in the back sat around laughing and talking without a care in the world. I left before getting my order because i didn't want to wait 40 mins and gamble on what I'd get for a meal. Thank God Runza is right next door.

I’m just sad. I’m not from fremont, but we ordered and they got my friends drink completely wrong (not to mention didn’t fill it all the way) and i asked for no tomato and got tomato but my burger was also not together and opening the bag :( sad day.

Ordered off the app. The last 2 orders we have had missing food. 1st time missing the order of chicken nuggets. 2nd time missing the burger. Also had a terrible lunch dine in experience too on a Sunday. Took 45 minutes for us to get our food and than it also had missing items, but luckily we were dining in so they gave us the missing things. Wendys used to be very good at getting orders right and in a timely manor, but recently the service has definitely not been up to par.

20 minutes to 25 minutes to get food from a fast food restaurant is astonishing. I recommend going somewhere to sit down if you're going to take that long getting food.
as someone who’s worked in fast food, i totally understand having bad days but i don’t think i’ve ever had great customer service at this location. i just went here with my mom, we went through the drive thru because nobody else was there. we sat at the first window for several minutes without being acknowledged, which i’d understand if it was a busy hour but again, we were the only people in line. once someone did come to the window, he avoided us fully and just rudely stuck his hand out, wouldn’t even look at my mom. and then he practically threw my mom’s money into her hand, just disrespectful. i’m only leaving a karen-esque review because this happens every time i come here, the staff is just rude the majority of the time idk
