Great team of hard workers there is a gentleman that came from the back kitchen to let me know someone would help me in a moment which was fine I didn't mind waiting at all then as we are about to pick up our order he gave us an extra cheeseburger that had accidentally got maid it made me think that they're still good people baby it's just a cheeseburger but the conversation we had was awesome

There is absolutely something weird going on here and there is a young woman on the night crew who deliberately adds items to your order and attempts to charge you for them(as others have mentioned). She added 3 drinks to my order. When I got to the window I made them take them off my order. I’m not sure what her motive/incentive is for doing so. Spicy chicken sandwich was two old chicken strip sized portions. Didn’t even get a straw with the one drink I did order. I suspect the best thing to do would be to avoid the night crew and be sure you get a receipt and only pay for what you wanted.

This place is hit or miss, honestly. Some days, it's one of the best burgers & fries I've had in years. Other days, I can barely get halfway through the meal because fries are old, cold, and soggy, and the burger is just badly put together. Cross your fingers and hope for the best.

Wow...The only reason for a two star rating is for the Frosty's. The service was so bad. So bad. The guy in the kitchen was possibly the meanest person I've ever come across in the food industry. Our order was wrong so many times & he blamed everyone but himself. No apologies for the wrong orders & the poor kid at the register seemed to have almost no training whatsoever. Our food was obviously fast food judging by the way the product was completely smashed in the eight feet from kitchen to counter. I will not be returning.
