It has definitely changed since the new owners took over they are never open when the website or hours in the window say they are, they are only open at night and weekends. I live a few blocks away and have gone in the afternoon- lunch time on my days off and they are never open. If they are it's only open at night and weekends then they need to change their hours in the website and on the store. And get more help

The food and service is good. The reason for the 3 stars is that you raised the prices and cut the quantity. My small cone looked like a kiddie cone from McDonald’s. My partner got the better deal, but his hurricane had all the Heath bar on top and not mixed in. It was hard to mix in as it was filled all the way to the top with no room to stir it in. I’m sure the inflation is getting to you like with everyone else. I’m willing to pay a little more for the same quantity, but not for less.
