“This is an unassuming place right on the border of Scottsbluff and Gering. From the outside, it looks like a run-down shop in an industrial area. Inside they have done a good job of making a cool Bar and Grill. They have an industrial look with TVs with sports on and KENO. The service is friendly and the steak is very good. All steaks are hand-cut on-site and cooked just as ordered.“

“Stopped in to watch the American League Championship Series while passing through town. I had the best New York strip steak I've ever had. Served with an amazing baked potato. Brooke behind the bar runs a tight ship. It's clear that the servers, management and everyone in the restaurant worked well as a team together. If I didn't live so far away, I'd make regular visits. Outstanding.“

Super friendly, easy to talk to, and checked in just enough without hovering. He’s the kind of guy who makes you feel welcome, whether you’re local or just passing through.

Ordering was smooth and quick—I’d give the order time a solid 4.5 out of 5. My order was taken promptly, and even though there was a little bit of a wait before the food came out, it wasn’t anything major.
