The chicken nuggets were very hard and felt stale while the fries were soggy and had no salt whatsoever, I got a sweet tea as well and it was not sweet more like a lemonade flavor.

It was early morning I ordered online and after about 8 minutes I went inside, it seemed to me they were having a shift change so the order wasn't quite ready yet but the vibe in the store was very positive and fun but also professional. 10/10

You want a single cheese burger? Parked. You want nuggets? The easiest thing to make on the menu? Parked. You want to smell through the window? Parked. The new owners will park you for even looking at the glass. I know its for getting good times in the drive through, but parking for one burger is actually insane

Went thru drive thru on 1/3/25 and was told no soft drinks so I asked for a powerade was told they could only do water coffee and hot tea I asked for a water and was charged for a bottle of water and not for the cup itself so I asked to cancel my order I'm not mad at the young lady who took my order but more mad at the management I've been where that young lady is and know what you have to do to change things she hasn't been properly trained at her post when the restaurant has an issue like downed co2 she should have been shown how to ring up the order correctly that's not her fault its management. So the owner of that franchise needs to do better and get off there lazy asses in Colorado and train their crew trainers better

We had a small drive through order. We had to pull over to wait for our food. We could get no soda as they were completely out of C02 (they were out of co2 about two weeks ago also and didn’t serve soda for over a week). So we asked for an iced tea. They eventually brought the food, but no drink. They went back in to get the unsweetened tea requested and never returned. When we went in to get our drink, we were told that they only had sweet tea. So no one was going to come tell us and they were just going to leave us in the drive through? The manager said that she would refund the drink price. We paid cash. She said she couldn’t refund it in cash because she didn’t have enough money in the drawer…
This store has been terrible in every way for the last few months. They’re always out of things or the quality of food is poor. The chicken was rubbery and they didn’t get the burger order right.

They are rude they were out if everything my son and I ordered frappes that they couldn't make which was fine with us but then the lady there asked if there was something else we wanted and didn't hive me time to think or say anything and she goes a refund good that's all we will do and didn't give us drinks with our meals at all they are rude and disrespectful here and they never get the orders right at all I always have gp go back in and get at least 2 meals that we haven't received it's crazy how bad this place has gotten

Ordered door dash and there was no nuggets in the happy meal and two drinks were missing. Waste of money to pay for delivery and then have to go to the store only to be given attitude from a front lady (possibly manager) when she said “sorry about that”. It is rare to get a correct order from McDonald’s anymore. Likewise the food quality has diminished a lot. I can’t imagine it’s just me having bad luck. We won’t be customers moving forward.

I ordered online, have my number to the drive thru. They had me pull up and park at 7:21 pm. I was waiting there for the entire time with progressively screaming kids. Watching about 15 cars go through after me. I realized something was wrong. At 7:52 pm, I finally got out of my car and went in. They didn't know I had even arrived in the first place. I explained had been waiting and the manager looked at me like "what."
