Ordered the birria pizza. The woman on the phone didn't bother to take any contact information and informed us it would be an hour wait. We said ok. Upon arriving within the hour they said they gave the pizza away to someone who wanted it. Terrible and unprofessional.

$45 for the food. $12.50 for the dasher tip. $3 to have it delivered directly to me with no other stops and the order is wrong. I didn't get the side salad which is $2 extra and I got less than a half a cup of what looks like potato soup rather than the full serving of garlic mashed potatoes I ordered. You know, it blows my mind how something is printed plain as day on the ticket yet the order is incomplete. Maybe there should be a supervisor responsible for quality checks before the orders are packaged for pick up.

It was just an overall great experience and servings were huge, everybody in my group was unable to finish their meals except me. I highly recommend the seared salmon with the onion crest and garlic mashed potatoes. Our waitress was also very kind.

I really dislike when restaurants use cheddar dip on nachos. Nachos should be made with nachos topped with shredded cheese -> put in oven til cheese melts -> put the meat on top and then the veggies on top of the meat. The ladies attendees were a 5 star, but the food set me off a bit.

Our family has been frequently dining at Monument Grill for the past 10 years. Because the food was delicious, it was worth the high prices we were willing to pay. Unfortunately, when we went there for Mother's Day 2024, we were told the chicken fried steaks had been changed......but the price was still the same high price! When the food arrived at the table, we saw that the chicken fried steaks had been changed to cheap unacceptable mince meat that tasted like dog food. We won't be going back.

The experience was horrible to say the least! I’ll start with the food my 3 of us got burgers and the beef was dry, cold and tough. I got a crab Rangoon burger there was a cold thick block of cream cheese. My other friend got a grilled salmon salad. The fish was cold and raw. We sent it back and the waitress told us it’s pre cooked and there is no way if it’ll raw. It was clearly raw!!! When the new salad came out my friend had kissed her hunger and just wanted to leave!! We ordered a tower mañosa and there was so much I e it was watered dow horrible! We were not discounted anything! The tower was $67 alone. If you are thinking about the visit……. DONT!!

I dont write reviews. But this occasion was significantly different than anything I’ve ever experienced. I took my three children into eat, it took over two hours to get our food. Our food came out ice cold, and my son’s steak had very long hair on it. I could continue with the quality of our meals. But I will end this review by saying we left very upset and disappointed

Dined in for the New Year’s Eve dinner. I ordered the queen prime w/ the crab legs. My meat came out rare, which I didn’t order. The crab legs were not edible. They were overcooked. Unfortunately I spent over $100 & only was able to eat my salad & mash potatoes. When we told our waitress, she didn’t seem to care. Therefore, I couldn’t recommend this place during the NYE dinner.
