As much as ice cream cones cost, there should be ice cream down inside the cone not just a couple layers on the top. Never had an ice cream cone before they didn’t have ice cream down in the comb but here that’s the way they do it

With all the recent rumble about Runza, and finding ourself driving through Nebraska on our vacation, we just had to stop in.
FOOD & DRINK: The eponymous sandwich was quite tasty. The crinkle-cut fries were a bit overdone. The onion rings were cornmeal-coated and okay. Standard fountain drinks, plus special flavored lemonades.
SERVICE: Friendly and fast.
AMBIANCE: This store was very clean, despite the large volume of customers.
NET-NET: In a world of fast foods, we'll likely choose Runza (when we have a choice).
Kid-friendliness: Kids all over the place, seeming to have a good time.
Wheelchair accessibility: Appeared quite accessible.

I was being super nice cause I understood it was late..9pm.. I asked for a chocolate shake she was super rude about it and I was like oh my bad yk it’s okay I’ll just get a sprite. Was still being super nice at the window asked for ranch 3 different times since I ordered 2 meals she didn’t give me no sauce and all of the topping for the burger were on the bottom in one spot. I’ve always had great experience in scottsbluff it seems every-time I go to Gering there’s a problem. And I’m not a Karen. Honest review. Plus I come here for the ranch mainly!!!! I had to use gross great value ranch on my amazing fries.. made it not so amazing.

Trying something new and so glad we did. Friends from the area recommended we give RUNZA a try because we had never heard of it before. We ordered one of each the original, mushroom & Swiss and the spicy one and loved each for its unique ingredients. They were such flavorful bites of goodness and you would never know there was cabbage involved. Maybe the w pension will continue east so we can enjoy it more often. The onion ring and fry combo was also so good and ingenious because both are so good! And we went up and got the ice cream sandwich for dessert too. This stop was a great one.
Always a good option when you don't want the same old same old.

We don't live near a Runza, but whenever we drive through a town that has one, we stop there. Their burgers aren't compressed like other fast food places. They are juicy and delicious. Of course, the Runza sandwiches are awesome. We often get a number of them frozen so we can put them in our freezer when we get home. Whenever we need a quick dinner, we just re-heat them. All the stores have excellent service, but the staff at the Alliance, Ne. Store goes above and beyond. Very considerate and friendly. Quite Awesome.

Asked for a crispy chicken salad. We were given lettuce, some spinach, and a little helping of chicken in a small plastic container. No cheese, or anything else. The cost was almost $20.00. very disappointed.
