The order took way too long to come out. Server forgot half of our order. Food was cold. Very disappointing to see that this is how Taco John's is operating now. Update: Went through the drive through today. The food quality just isn't what it used to be. End of discussion. 0 of 10 recommend eating here. What a disappointment!

Door dashed an order and they couldn't even get it right. Even though the price was nearly double, My food was over seasoned and only not one sauce for the tons of food we had. Just terrible. I'll be going to the SCOTTSBLUFF one from now on.

Very disappointed tonight. Idered a 6 pack and a pound and 1 taco burger. Got home and the burger bun was hard as a rock with nothing much on the inside. The taco's had a pencil size string of meat, very little cheese and only one half of each taco had any lettuce. Not sure if that's the way they do it now or if it's the help.

I received a Scrambler Burrito this morning 05/28/2024 with a couple of long hairs in it. This was after I took a couple of bites before I noticed them. Regardless to say that I will never eat there again. I guess the employees don't use hair nets when making food for the public. Most unsanitary.

The employees are always warm and friendly, smiling and ready to take your order promptly. The lobby is always clean and comfortable. I have never had a complaint about eating at this location or the Scottsbluff location.
Parking: Parking locations all around the building, and the parking lot is always kept clean.
Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap area is right at the door to limit the amount of walking.
